Very good experience Nichole is a great manger who accommodated very well. Breakfast was decent hopefully they get more alternative options besides the pork down the road. Rooms are very clean hotel is clean the pool was nice just needs a cookout area.

Great location. Across the road from Veterans Pk where the tour de Zona bike ride happens. Room is large and comfortable. No housekeeping during our 4 day stay. Had to ask for towels and raid the cart in the hallway for shampoo and extra cups. 2 tiny trash cans were jammed full when we left. Went for breakfast twice. Had to ask for scrambled eggs and sausage to be replenished both days. Took awhile. Short on staff?? Pool was closed. Great location so would return if riding again.

We were pleasantly surprised by this small town hotel. It was very clean and comfortable. The king suite was nicely appointed, as was the entire property. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was very good and had lots of choices. There were many restaurants and stores nearby which was convenient. I highly recommend if you're in the area. We were visiting Tombstone and Kartchner Caverns so this was a good middle spot to stay.

Nicole, Niki, and Marissa went above and beyond to ensure that our 2 night stay for 7 couples was a fun and relaxing experience. Our rooms were stylishly renovated with comfortable beds. The breakfast buffet in the AM had a great variety to choose from for our group. This entire front desk staff set a high standard for efficient and courteous guest reception. We will return to this well managed hotel in the future.

My experience was better than the recent reviewers who were disappointed. The room was clean, large and comfortable. The staff was eager to please and helpful in orienting me to the Army base and local restaurants and options. The breakfast, while nothing special, had a variety of choices and attentive staff. I thought the price, also, was reasonable. Sierra Vista is not a very walkable place, but the Comfort is about as central as it gets. I managed both a pleasant stroll for ice cream in the evening and a morning walk around the "park" across the road. If you are expecting a destination resort, Sierra Vista is not your spot. For business at Fort Huachuca, Comfort Inn checked all the boxes I required.

The room stunk, no water pressure for showers, the hotel was being remodeled and they didn’t have the handicapped room they were being remodeled, the food areas were covered in ants short staffed you only had 30 to check out because they had to go help someone I definitely would not stay here or recommend it

Nice clean room with plenty of space. They do not offer daily cleaning service and wanted to charge a full daily rate for a two hour late check-out. Gave a hard time about leaving keycard for my family arriving later. No concern for customer service. Will remember that when booking in Sierra Vista again.

Etwas älter, Service war gut, Zimmer für US-Verhältnisse nicht ganz so groß, alte Klimaanlage. Tolles Frühstück, Wasserflaschen zum Mitnehmen. Möbel in den Zimmern neu.Beim Frühstück gab es Mix Fruit Box und andere Angebote die wir so noch nicht gesehen hatten. ( z.B. Elektrische Mülleimer )

As a Choice Platinum member I have stayed at dozens of Comfort Inns & this is one of the worst I have stayed at. The Comfort Inn is supposed to be the top of the line hotel for Choice, but this was far from it. The guy that checked me in was friendly, but a smart aleck. When we got to our room the basics were there but there was a 2 foot diameter hole in our sheer curtains. There were other issues in our room like the smoke alarm hanging from the wall & the bathroom wall had several dark spots on it that looked like mold. For the hot breakfast the only meat I could find were a couple of frozen burritos that I sticked in the microwave & heated up. The other choices for breakfast were few & not as ample as you would find in other Comfort Inns. There are plenty of other nice hotels in the area. I suggest you stay in one of them & avoid this place.
