Villa Sant’Andrea

Poor and shabby. We arrived at the "hotel" following a good rating on AGODA. The hotel is located at a junction on the way to Siena. The definition of a hotel does not match the place, nor do the reviews. It is housed in an old building, feels like a roadside motel. The design, if you can call it that, is shocking. The place is old and not renovated, but shabby and shabby in terrible colors. It feels like arriving at grandma's house from the sixties. Everything is old and shabby. Not "vintage" but bordering on wretched. Noisy (on the road) very uncomfortable. Very unpleasant shower. We booked for two nights but gave up on the second night. We would have stayed the first night too if we hadn't been after a day of traveling and very tired. The description on the website does not match the place at all. There is a feeling of great disappointment. Too bad. I will also mention that it is very clean. (Despite the feeling that it is worn and used). There is no justification for the price. I am writing this with great regret.

Soggiorno di due notti in occasione della 10’ edizione delle Strade Bianche. La Villa si trova a circa 4/5 km da Siena, in contesto tranquillo. Residenza storica, molto pulita ed accogliente. Siamo stati accolti con cortesia ed abbiamo apprezzato la gentilezza e disponibilità delle proprietarie. Colazione ricca, con prodotti locali e fatti in casa, ottima! Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Tutto perfetto! Il luogo, una bellissima villa antica, la camera, la gentilezza e l'amorevolezza delle persone che ci hanno accolto! Colazione strepitosa! Una coccola vera e propria. Lo consiglio vivamente. A presto. Spero di tornarvi !
