You will be welcomed in a comfortable environment, studied in detail, to make your holiday pleasant and relaxing.
The apartment is located on the first floor of the property.
House details: entrance; living area with dining table and sofa and TV; functional kitchen equipped with all modern comforts including fridge, dishwasher and pantry; large double bedroom; a full bathroom with shower and large sink.
A pouf bed is available for a possible third guest.
In all rooms the brightness coming from the large windows and the elegance of the furnishings highlight the valuable elements and the particularity of the stone walls and frescoed ceilings.
The apartment is located in the historic center, on the shopping and walking street and a short distance from the car parks of the Stadium and the Medici Fortress, the taxi and bus station.

Beautiful and Spacious
This was a surprisingly spacious apartment, convenient to the historic center, and well equipped with conveniences. It was bright and airy, with high ceilings and a comfortable bed.

Even better than pictures!
This was a beautiful property in a great location! The frescos on the ceiling in the bedroom and bath are beautiful, and the exposed brick and stone add historic character. Nicoletta was an outstanding host who gave us great suggestions for cocktails and dinner.

Luxurious, modern, comfortable, clean apartment with all the amenities you need; great location
We stayed in this apartment at the end of April 2023. It was an oasis. It is a large, modern, luxurious apartment with all the comforts of home - a washer/dryer, a full kitchen with everything you need, and a large shower. The master bed is very comfortable, and the host was kind enough to set up a second bed for us in the living room. The apartment was very clean. We only stayed 2 nights, but we could have been comfortable here for a week. The hostess was friendly and easy to deal with. She met us at the apartment and sorted out all our details, then gave us restaurant recommendations (do try Salefino). Highly recommend this apartment (and highly recommend Siena generally).

La propriétaire est très avenante et nous envoie toutes les précisions pour un séjour réussi (parking,restaurant) petits cadeaux avec gâteau et bouteille de vin pétillant

Perfect location and wonderful experience
This property gave us insight into a different time in history. It was the perfect combination of old and new. The location was central to everything. Our host was very welcoming and friendly. She reached out the day before our arrival, which made our check-in easy. Our host welcomed us with a bottle of wine. This gesture of generosity added to the memorable experience.

Beautiful flat in the heart of Siena
Lovely apartment with modern kitchen and bathroom, and plenty of natural light. The bottle of wine was a nice touch, and the location is wonderful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Marble and stone interior. Central location, off plaza where the bus can be caught easily.Many shops and grocery stores nearby. In the apartment, the cooking equipment was adequate to make basic dishes.

Great location and beautiful property
We really enjoyed this property. The description is very accurate, and even more beautiful in person. The host, Nicoletta, was accommodating and communicated well throughout the stay. We hope to return on our next trip to Siena!
