Хороший бутик отель с очень внимательным персоналом. Расположен чуть в далеке от центр, но для меня скорее пляс, чем минус. Завтраки очень вкусные, но не очень разнообразные. Персонал внимательный и готовый решать вопросы. Территория и номера в отличном состоянии. Есть пара вопросов к комарам на территории, не продуманному расположению розеток в номерах и организационным моментам, но это мелочи. Можно смело рекомендовать к посещению.

The hotel has a very pleasant atmosphere, rooms are lovely, staff is very polite and friendly. I particularly liked the focus on sustainability, no plastic bottles in the room - instead guests are provided with large bottles of glass. Amenities are very good, breakfast is good and dinner was excellent, especially when you opt for local cuisine. I would certainly stay there again.

酒店職員態度非常好👍🏻出入職員也會熱情同你打招呼！而且酒店衛生很好，無論房間或是其他設施都很乾淨👍🏻另外雖然早餐選擇不算多，但係餐廳好靚😍仲可以去室外對住泳池食，正！

我一般很少寫酒店點評，除非是非常超出我的預期，而吳哥Vellita酒店就完美的超出我的預期，為此次吳哥之行提供了完美保證。 1/ 現代摩登酒店設計：來之前就知道是入選了亞洲百大設計酒店，但看到實物才知道實景和照片一樣美，一入酒店的自然藤蔓幕簾，清水混凝土的旋轉樓梯，不規則曲線的熱帶泳池，每處都是設計細節體現；Vellita這個名字的含義就是曲線，酒店處處的設計都呼應了這一主題，喜歡住設計感酒店的不要錯過； 2/ 酒店位置佳：選在了新開發的酒店街，這條街上大大小小數十家酒店，距離夜市酒吧區十分鐘車程，做到了鬧中取靜，且安全！同時出行方便，距離任何景點打車都不超過20分鐘，非常舒服； 3/ 服務熱情專業：從酒店前台、餐廳侍應生到清潔阿姨，個個都非常熱情和專業，尤其是前台經理！非常幹練，業務嫻熟，且把其他員工都培訓的很專業！我還和朋友開玩笑説如果我要開酒店，一定要把她挖過來，其業務能力和安縵酒店比起來都可以一拼的 4/ 設施新： 床品選的也很好，床墊適中，空調也是靜音運行，再加上乾淨柔軟的被子和枕頭，基本可以做到秒睡； 5/ 餐飲水平非常高！： 這家的早餐一定不要錯過！亞洲西式都有，還都很可口，尤其推薦pouched egg on toast（吐司水波蛋，班尼斯特的簡配版）好多年沒有吃到這麼正宗的了，還有新鮮煮好的粿條湯和粥，每個味道都很驚艷！但是也同樣不要錯過這家的正餐，價格和景區宰遊客的大排檔比起來實屬良心，關鍵是出品都很正宗，做出了星級料理的水平，再加上餐廳優雅的氛圍和專業的侍應生，如果柬埔寨有米其林評定，這家一定會入選！ 已經在期待下一次回來了。 Modern fusion boutique design, attentive service, good location with 100% safety, excellent service and Michelin star level dining experience, what can you expect more from this?
