其他比如早飯服務什麼的還可以。就是錢放在保險箱被偷了。第1晚被偷了10美元，也沒在意，覺得是自己弄錯了。第3天發現被偷了100美元，才覺得不對。自己跟酒店經理交涉了，也通過攜程聯繫了酒店，結果酒店也沒查出什麼結果。建議要住這家的，把現金等貴重物品隨身攜帶。

飯店位置佳，早餐餐點選擇多樣性，服務人員態度佳，這次住宿廁所電燈一直有問題，反應給房務人員也能即時處理

This hotel is a real gem. Facilities are built in a traditional style and are very well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. Booking of guide and transportation through hotel travel desk was very easy. Restaurant is also to be recommended. Ideal spot to relax after visiting Angkor Wat. Clearly a recommendation!

位置：酒店距離暹粒市中心挺近的，突突車差不多10分鐘的範圍，去吳哥窟門票中心和小吳哥景區也很近。 周圍環境：安靜，打車方便，步行3分鐘內有一家711。 酒店環境：服務態度很好，員工都很友善，酒店自帶一個餐廳味道很好，早餐品質也很高，並非自助而是現做的菜品。客房設計很有當地特色，有很多的裝飾品和貼心小細節，床品也舒服，還有歡迎水果和鮮花裝飾。

Excellent service and good location.

比較N久，挑剔了N久，才選到這家酒店，果然全程不踩雷！ 設施：應有盡有，游泳池，小花園，本地特色建築，還有象神鵰塑，環境很棒 衞生：非常乾淨，連住三天，每天都打掃的很仔細 環境：不是挨着吵鬧的酒吧街，叫個突突車也就是2美元的距離，十幾分鐘的路，非常安靜 服務：無論是前台，還是店長都很棒，英文可以順利溝通，早餐自己點，非常豐富，水果，咖啡都是馬上現做，比起自助那種店家很用心

優雅、幽靜、舒適、友善的酒店。整個酒店就像一個熱帶雨林花園，房間的陳設也很藝術。 酒店的餐廳價格很親民，早餐質量好，還有早餐菜單供客人點餐。 特別推薦酒店的spa按摩，雖然比外面稍貴，但無論從按摩師的手法，到環境，都是兩個等級的。而且你如果直接上門預約，還有20%的折扣。 如果再來暹粒，一定還會住這家。

酒店環境還可以，跟酒店介紹上的照片差別不大。但照片上看著酒店很大，實際上酒店整體面積沒那麼大。不過這個問題不大。😂 酒店服務不錯。不過沒有問我要住幾樓，直接給我訂一樓，在我表達想住在二樓的時候，也及時幫我換到二樓。👍 進入房間後，發現兩個插座開關沒電，音箱也不能用，也是沒電，保險櫃因為電池也沒電，無法使用，好在我反饋之後，他們也有及時處理，點讚。如果能在我入住之前，一切都檢查OK，完全沒問題的話，我會給予五顆星。 最後，機場送機的時候，沒有安排好。可能也有我的原因，沒有提前一天告訴他們，讓他們安排，要出發的時候才說。😅

衛生/服務都很好，

Pretty and quiet hotel in convenient location. Very clean and comfortable, if a little tired in places. Pleasant staff, although as in all hotels on our trip through Vietnam and Cambodia, we are bemused that they insist on checking the room before departure. This is in no way a critical of this team, who were all young and keen to please. Pool area is nice. The buffet breakfast is under par and needs a refresh. One evening we arrived for Happy Hour at 6.01pm - it ended officially at 6 which we hadn’t realised…. We thought it would have been a nice gesture to discount our drinks anyway but this didn’t happen.

A great stay We had a wonderful stay at Montra Nivesha. The hotel is beautiful. We were well taken care of by Mr Rama. We had fabulous massages and a great recommended guide ( Mr Sophy) for a 3 day Ankor Wat tour. We would definitely stay again if we return!

We had the most wonderful time at this beautiful boutique hotel. The food in the restaurant is marvellous the setting is wonderful tropical and peaceful. The artwork around the hotel is amazing and worth spending time walking and looking around. The pool is spacious and a good temperature. Most of all the staff are incredibly attentive and genuinely hospitable and very kind. They kindly helped us sort out the boxes of notebooks and pencils and pens to take to a local school and floating Village school in Tonle Sap. This is our second time here and we hope to come again God willing thank you thank you thank you.

We came to Siem Riep for our honeymoon and stayed at Montra Nivesha. We had an AMAZING time! The staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and you can even order it to your room! They serve traditional Khmer dishes as well as western meals, all of which are delicious! My absolute favorite part of this hotel was the massages, which were incredible! They can do the massages poolside or in the room and it is soooo relaxing. We had an amazing honeymoon!

Surreal experience- a level of service I don’t think I’ve ever enjoyed before. The rooms are immaculate and the shower is worthy of a spa resort. The bed was the most comfortable one in all our travels around Southeast Asia. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The restaurant was delicious. The spa was perfect- I had a manicure, pedicure and a Cambodian massage (which I HIGHLY recommend). All in all amazing.
