Place is nice and cute. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Staff are very friendly.

The service was fantastic, kind smiles and kind staff. However, the rooms were a bit basic and there were mosquitos (both dead and alive) everywhere. It was nothing that we couldn't get over, otherwise everything else was a good experience for a quick night in and out.

Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Etwas schwierig ist, dass ein Großteil kein Englisch spricht, so dass die Kommunikation teilweise mit Händen und Füßen stattgefunden hat. Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön und nur etwa 2 km von der Pubstreet entfernt.

Very nice, family and children friendly hotel. The staff is very friendly and tries to fulfill every wish! We can only recommend!

Bunwin Hotel is beautiful! When we arrived we were amazing how pretty the hotel, pool and rooms are. The staff (except one man, that was not always around) spoke very badly English (not understanding), which made the service not so good, unfortunately. The breakfast is basic, but the prices for other food and drinks are very high, so we didn't try. The location is fine, a bit outside of the center. I wouldn't come back because of the service, otherwise it would've been a better stay.

因為簽證原因，臨時在暹粒多留一天，定了這家酒店。周邊環境一般，房間設施比較簡陋，除了廁紙，沒有配備其他紙巾。定酒店時攜程贈送了早餐，酒店説沒有。恐怖的事情發生在凌晨兩點左右，居然有人用鑰匙打開我們的房門（屋內反鎖），當我被開門聲驚醒時，對着門口大喊是誰！衹聽一個男聲説了兩聲sorry,sorry，隨即離去。此酒店使用鑰匙，不用房卡，安全扣形同虛設，驚魂未定，不敢再睡，提醒各位出門在外需謹慎。

Bien que peu éloigné du centre ville, l'hôtel est une oasis de fraîcheur et de tranquillité. Les chambres sont vastes et donnent sur la piscine, mais de la végétation protège l'intimité. La piscine est soigneusement entretenue tous les matins. Le personnel est aimable et toujours prêt à rendre service. Nous avons été mis en relation avec des prestataires locaux sérieux (guide, tuk-tuk). De bons plats peuvent être servis tard le soir (prévoir de l'attente). La gentillesse est pour nous primordiale, mais une petite dose d'efficacité, de professionnalisme a manqué parfois ... nos notions du temps semblent différentes !

We had a great time at the Bunwin boutique hotel. Loved the ambience of the room. They are all situated around the pool. Convenient spa massage service. When you leave your room, you are a beautiful Zen garden. A swimming pool with a stunning water feature. Staff are extremely helpful Thank you especially to Rit for all your help. We would love to come back!

Toda una experiencia maravillosa, para llegar te desconcierta un poco al ver que es un camino de tierra,pero en cuánto entras en el hotel,es como si estuvieras en una película, es como un oasis, rodeado de naturaleza,con unas habitaciones, que parecen lofts,enormes,hasta con bañera en la habitación, impresionante. Fue una estancia corta pero intensa. Muy recomendable 👌

Un hotel con poche camere un po' decentrato ma con la possibilita' di raggiungere il centro con mezzi di trasporto. Un po' scarsa la colazione. Con poco senso il lavandino e la vasca da bagno in camera separati dalla doccia ed il water in quello che in effetti era il bagno. Nel complesso comunque e' stato un buon soggiorno perche' pulito e ordinato.

This boutique hotel is stunning and has a beautiful pool area. The staff were absolutely fantastic and incredibly helpful! In particular the manager, Thy, went above and beyond and delivered exemplary customer service to ensure the stay was truly memorable!

Espectacular habitación,parecia un loft,hasta con bañera en la habitación, de película. Piscina,todo rodeado de vegetación. Precioso. Totalmente recomendable 👌. Desayuno a la carta,te lo sirven en la mesa,te sientes cómo una reina. Muy limpio y el personal muy agradable y educado.👌💯

Гостиница была потрясающая, всего 11 номеров, и за все время пребывания там у меня сложилось впечатление, что я отдыхаю одна. Прекрасная зеленая территория, отличный бассейн, огромная просторная комната с ванной прям внутри. Спасибо персоналу - меня заселили раньше положенного времени, помогли с оплатой за тук тук и разрешили оставить вещи в промежутке между выселением и рейсом. Что можно было бы улучшить - меня не встретили утром с автобусного вокзала (а трансфер указывался при бронировании), слабо ловит вайфай, не было шампуней, полотенец и прочих принадлежностей, уборку номера всегда приходилось просить, персонал не сразу убирал тарелки на территории после завтрака, часто приходилось ходить и искать персонал, когда возникали вопросы. Но, в целом, впечатления отличные, во второй раз - я бы точно приехала.
