網上掛牌4星的酒店，只是交通便利，衞生間裝修實在是太差，洗臉盆是國內招待所的級別，顯示有早餐，實際是沒有的。2.5星吧

Says that they offer transfer and late check out until 00:30 which are both inaccurate. Stains on pillow and robes in the room, dated decor, wifi isn’t working, terrible breakfast. Not worth the money.

Majoituspaikan vastaus: Dear Josefine;Thank you for the worst comment about our property, we tried to find the point where the mentioned late check out until 00.30, please help to public with this point as well as free pick up and transfer from/to the hotel and airport such as the room charge is lower than the fee transfer from airport one way. again, no hotel offers late check-out at 00.30Best wishes

Great stay at Smiling Hotel in Siem Reap Province province of Cambodia. So beautiful Hotel and the Center of Siem Reap Propince. I was there it is really impression or Relaxing,happy during stay with staff helpful, honest,friendly. I will be back again, @Ren

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Staff was extremely friendly! Very well located on the East side of Siem Reap. Two swimming pools, gym, and a hearty breakfast was included. Street food, restaurants, and tuk tuks available . I will definitely go back in the future. Raúl
