전체적인 시설 좋으나 온수, 와이파이 잘 안됩니다. 침구류에 닿으면 피부가 옵니다. 수영장, 서비스는 매우 훌륭합니다. 펍스트리트와 걸어서 20분, 툭툭이 무료 서비스가 있어 접든성도 좋습니다.

Расположен Отель Мягко Говоря в Глуши ! До Отеля Нет Нормальной Дороги ! Ездили как по Полю на Ишаке! Сам Отель Это Одноэтажные Домики Номера! в Номерах Куча Всякой Живности ! От Комаров и Мурашей и Ящерец!!!! Потолок в номерах по Тупому Сделан из Местного аналога Камыша или Кенафа темного Цвета ! Где Легко прятались все летающие Мерзости в Номере! А 3 Ужас Это Постельное Белье!!! Оно Тупо Из Синтетики и Очень Неприятно было Спать ! И такие же Синтетические Полотенца ! Они тупо Не вытирали после душа! Хорошо у меня было Свое полотенце!!! Владелец Отеля Явно Не Понимает Отельный Бизнес !!! Для Гостей Важно Чистота В Номерах Без Живности ! Хорошая Постель и Полотенца!!!! И Опустите Потолок из Гипсокартона чтоб Можно было Убивать комаров хотябы Самим гостям в номере!!!

Отель просто превосходный! Очень уютный, приватный, красивый. Всегда есть ощущение, что здесь никого нет. Просто природа и тишина. Номера просторные. Чистые. Новые. Чай, кофе, вода. После уборки зажигают аромалампу. Великолепная ванная! Большой бассейн. Красивые лежаки. Уютный ресторан. Хороший завтрак по меню. Само меню ресторана тоже хорошее, цены приемлемые. Отель предоставляет так тук в город. Отвозит и привозит. Продумано все. Есть 2 номера и у них приватный бассейн, но эти номера считаются семейным сьютом. Персонал 1000% любви! Что я бы посоветовала доработать до полного идеала. Сменить постельное белье на хлопок, потому что это комфорт. Сменить одеяла на пушистые, большие, отельные, подушки тоже на более комфортные. Данные номера предполагают утопание в кровати и хруст 100% хлопка на кровати, то что есть сейчас, конечно оставляет желать лучшего. Поставить лампу на стол, ее искренне не хватает. И продумать систему света около кровати, что бы включались ночники отдельно друг от друга. Остальное просто топ.

Came here for three nights around my concert in Siem Reap. While just minutes away from nightlife, restaurants and such by tuktuk, it feels miles away from the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. Coming back after a day scurrying over Angkor Wat in the blazing sun, I could sink into the beautiful infinity pool, and for an even deeper meditation, the massive bathtub in each room allows complete immersion. I love the modern concrete simplicity of the bathroom, and the bedroom itself is elegant and charming. At night the property's own rice paddy is populated with frogs that beep and squawk and chirp, it's very relaxing. The food is excellent, incredibly cheap. Everyone working there is gracious and discreet. The internet is rock solid, if for some reason you have to catch up on work or call home or post your humblebrags about being in Cambodia, you'll have plenty of speed and bandwidth. Plenty of extras here - free pickup from the transportation nodes in the city when you arrive; the have some shuttle service into town as well. There was a free 30-minute massage included with the room DO NOT SKIP THIS. This was heaven, and after a day at the temples, this will set you right. Everything was spotlessly clean, and don't worry the frogs do settle down and the nights are very quiet. I did not want to leave, in fact, my experience became more about enjoying this hotel than almost anything else about Siem Reap - to be fair, I was a little under the weather, so while I mustered the strength to spend two days at Angkor Wat, which closes in the late afternoon, I returned each evening to the hotel eager to profit from its peace and rejuvenating qualities. For those going to Angkor Wat, it's about 20-30 minutes away by tuktuk from here. But consider that a plus, being just off the beaten path enough to give you some space when you'll really appreciate it.

We have just finished a week in a family room. There were only 2 of us and we really enjoyed the private pool, separated sitting area with tv and two bathrooms. The staff were lovely and although there was sometimes a language barrier we all sorted out the communication with time and a smile. The breakfast menu was expanded when we were there and I think there’s something for everyone now. We found the local selection of fried rice and noodles to be really good. We took advantage of the hotel tuk tuk at night for dinner in the centre of SR. It’s out in a more local area, but we like that .

This was one of my favourite hotels in Cambodia. A slice of peace and tranquility in a hot busy town. Pool was a beautiful temperature. We are a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 teenage kids. We had the family pool villa with an extra bed. Beautiful, clean, very stylish. A small boutique hotel so not many guests and you get to know the staff - who were all friendly and delightful. They organised our airport transfers. A 5 min tuk tuk ride to town which didn't bother us at all. Breakfast was simple but adequate - either western or local choice for the hot dish, then pastries and fruit platter. We tried to eat at the restaurant for lunch at an odd time and they couldn't really accommodate that but had drinks etc. Wish I was back there. Highly recommend.

Luxury at an affordable price Luxurious stay with family. Clean, comfortable, away from town that made it peaceful and serene within the complex. Friendly staff. Even if the road to the hotel was questionable, the place itself is five star review. They did say they are working on getting the road smoother to the location.

New facilities, confortable bedroom, elegant construction, beautiful design, stunning pool. The staff was so friendly and helpful 24/7. Amazing smoothies at the bar. Relax area far from noisy/dirty Pub Street if you want to rest and be quiet after a long day at the temples. Ideal for couples and families. It really worth it! Recommended 100%.

We had a most pleasant stay with Le Chantou Boutique, we were there on our honeymoon and they made our stay special with small but very wonderful surprises. The people who work there are helpfull, kind and attentive. The choice in breakfast is more than to be expected. The Boutique is 5mintutes away to the city center. They provide free tuk tuk to town daily. We would advice you to go there for a more then pleasant stay in Siem Reap.

The place is simply amazing. The hotel provides free Tuk Tuk and Just five minutes from the city center and Pub Street, it is in the middle of the countryside! With lovely Khmer houses and farms nearby. We had a special local experience that transports us to the life of luxury that is life within a true Cambodian countryside villa. The villas are awesome, and the pool one of the most pleasant in Siem Reap. The service is very kind and efficient.

We had the family suite for 10 nights at the beginning of April. The accommodation and surroundings are gorgeous. Family room has its own pool and loungers. The pool was a good size (6m) for a plunge pool, main pool was also pretty big, around 20m. Whilst there is some shade around the family room pool provided by the trees, there are no parasols but, when we asked, the staff brought one over form the main pool. Ideally the family pool should have a couple of parasols its own. I think the hotel only has eight rooms and a lot of guests just come to visit the temples, so the main pool was rarely in use. One thing that caught us out on the first day, Guest Services do not make up the room unless you request it at reception. You can have it done every day, just need to let them know. We did have a few minor issues. When we arrived, we could not open the room safe, asked reception for assistance with this on two occasions, both times told that somebody would help but nobody did. Similarly, the wifi for the room did not work, twice we were told somebody would reset it the following day but this never happened. We were still able to use reception and restaurant wifi but these only worked from certain parts of our suite. Sometimes the small restaurant didn't have things on the menu, but the food was good. Last of all, the water was rarely warm whatever time of day we showered; not too much of an issue in 38 degree heat. All of these were fairly trivial and would not stop us returning but Le Chanthou Boutique would be absolutely perfect if they were addressed. It was our first trip to Siem Reap and, given the amount of water in the area, we were worried about mosquitos. This didn't prove to be a problem, we had fewer than 10 bites between us and didn't really need repellent. Apparently, they are not prolific in the dry season. The hotel is about 25-30min walk from Pub Street, given heat and roads it's a bit far to walk but the hotel provides a free TukTuk to take you in so it's not really an Issue. We used it every night (was always the same driver), arranged a return collection time and he was always there on time, you have to pay for the trip back to the hotel but it's only around $3. Siem Reap is a vibrant Asian town, lots of bars, restaurants and market stalls, all very cheap, really enjoyed our stay there. If we return, I'm sure we'd stay at Le Chanthou Boutique Hotel again.

This is one of the smaller hotels with real charme at a romantic place. The little lake and the restaurant with the pool is so nice and quiet at night - you can hear the frogs which is relaxing. Only 5 min wiht TukTuk from center town, pub street, night market etc and the owner offers you a free ride with a TukTuk once a day!! Breakfast is nice, fruity and they have European and Asian options, even made to your special order. We did rent a motobike to get around easier with all the temples and sites to see around, but beware of the traffic.

Очень уютный отель клубного типа, представляет собой разные по размерам бунгало, 2-3 комнаты, оснащенные всем необходимым. У отеля большая территория в ЭКО стиле. Бассейн с красивым видом (шезлонги,зонтики,полотенца есть). Отдыхали с мужем и 2 детьми. У нас была большая вилла, 2 спальни и зал. Очень стильно всë сделано, чувствуется приложена рука профессионального дизайнера. Дети были очень счастливы увидев собственный бассейн! В номере есть всë для комфортного проживания, включая: ТВ в каждой комнате, холодильник, сейф, чайный набор, туалетные принадлежности, халаты, тапочки и полотенца, Wi-Fi(по всей территории). Так же есть ресторан, завтраки европейские и азиатские на выбор. Хочу отметить, что персонал на ресепшене очень хорошо встретил нас и сопровождал, был всегда рад помочь. Я рекомендую отель, очень приятное место!
