All above feedbacks, I have checked with our team and we tried to fix the issue as soon as possible after you contacted to our team. We have changed the room for you immediately after we received this feedback. We are apologized for this inconvenience causes happened during your stay. All our rooms are double checked before guest check in, but it was very big rain during your stay. So things happened out off our management and checking. Then we changed the room for you to another room which is the same room type. As mentioned, it was rainy season here during your stay in July, so there are mosquitoes and lizard. We did mosquito spray every week at least 2-3 times per week in public area, and we spray before guest check in. The lizard our housekeeping and gardener team always catch them, but you can be seen sometimes only as our area look green everywhere. The laundry bag, I have checked with my team we are sorry that my team missed to inform you in advance. We have already brief this to our team again. We appreciate the feedback and hope to welcome you back to Cambodia again.Yours Sincerely,The Anataya Resort Team
