Only stayed one one but was such an enjoyable experience will definitely be staying here for future trips to Siem Reap. Everything about the hotel was top notch. Facilities were beautiful, the hotel rooms were spacious and the location was perfect. By far the best part was the staff who were always there to great you with a smile, a cold towel, a glass of water and always wanted to hear how your day was. Truly a 5 star experience and I cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Spent 3 nights at this delightful, and affordable, hotel in the heart of Siem Reap.  The facilities and rooms were as one would expect for this 5 star  hotel but what really made it shine was the friendliness of the staff for whom nothing was too much effort. Most importantly, best cocktails we’ve had in 4 weeks in SE Asia!

チェックイン時にはキンキンに冷えたおしぼりとドリンクを用意してくれていました。 お部屋にはウェルカムフルーツも置いてあり、清掃も行き届いていて快適でした。

This place is a stone's throw from the main Pub Street. The rooms are very clean ans spacious. I booked the most economical room available, and I was more than pleased by what I got. The pool was a great place to relax after a hot day. Also the pool was never crowded. I would recommend staying here.

7月の旅行で2泊しました。 予算を抑えるために前半のブティックホテルからこちらのホテルに変更して宿泊。立地はパブストリートが目の前なのでとても便利。近くにセブンイレブンがあり、またホテル目の前のクメールテイストというレストランが美味しくてコスパも良いため毎日通いました。 飲食店に囲まれている立地柄仕方がないと思いましたが、やっぱり部屋にGが出ました。ホテルの方に退治して頂きましたが、洗面台の床にもまだ死んでいるGがいました。 残念だったのは２日目に疲れて遺跡ツアーから戻って来ても部屋の掃除がされていなかったこと。時間的にはお昼過ぎでしたが、清掃は午前に終わっているイメージを勝手にしていたので残念に思いました。フロントに行き掃除は夜にお願いしましたが、係の人のシフトの関係で5時までじゃないと難しいと。朝からのツアーで疲れていたので同行者にも確認してまたフロントに寄って掃除をお願いするつもりが部屋に戻ったらもう掃除が始まっていて、今じゃないんだけどな〜と私の英語が悪いのかコミュニケーションが上手くとれませんでした。 他の人も投稿していますが食事も期待して来たほどではありませんでした。朝食付きにしていましたが、朝食なしで立地優先の宿泊だけにしてもいいと思います。 朝から遺跡ツアーに行かれる方で朝食付きのプランを選んでいる方はお弁当を作ってくれるそうです。 私達は事前の確認不足でツアー中に立ち寄ったレストランでカンボジア料理をオプション料理で支払い頂きましたが、お弁当を作ってもらえるならその分のブランチ代がうくので事前にお願いしたほうがいいです。 とにかく立地が便利なので歩いてパブストリートに行けることは魅力的です。立地優先で選ぶとしたらアリだと思います。
