Ich war 4 Nächte im Siem Reap Urban Boutique Resort. Es liegt sehr zentral, in 2-3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Old Market und in der Pub Street. Ein 7 Eleven ist direkt an der Ecke, Restaurants überall drum herum. Trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet, südostasiatischer Standard halt. Es ist aber alles da, was man braucht....AC, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Fön etc.. Das man aus dem Fenster vor eine Wand guckt, war mir ziemlich egal. Der Pool ist klein (ca. 4 x 10 Meter), aber sehr schön. Es gibt nur 6 Liegen und 1 Tisch mit 2 Stühlen. In der Hauptsaison könnte das schon mal knapp werden (ich war Mitte März dort und da hat es immer gereicht). Insgesamt ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Und besonders loben möchte ich an dieser Stelle auch die Mitarbeiter des Hotels, die immer unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Das erlebt man nicht überall so! Vielen Dank!

Unfortunately, while the location and service were excellent here, the amenities and cleanliness left quite a bit to be desired. We found baby roaches in the bathroom, the bathtub was moldy and didn't drain, and the walls had weird stains on them. The bed was perfectly made and neat, though, and the sheets seemed clean. There is a pool here, but the views leave a bit to be desired, and while they used to have a pool side bar, it appears to be permanently closed. The front desk got us some towels and went out and grabbed some beers for us to enjoy by the pool, so that certainly made up for it, but it wasn't quite the vibe I was hoping for. The location is incredible, being just a block away from the entrance to Pub Street, a couple blocks from the river and all of the amazing river side food stalls, but far enough away from all that as to not be too loud at night. They also were able to set us up with some very nice electric peddle-assist bikes that we were able to take at 4:30 am so we could make it in time for the Angkor Wat sunrise.

The room I was given to was below my expectations as the TV and fridge weren’t working. Was hoping the fridge was working as the weather there was hot and keeping a few cold drinks would be nice. Nonetheless the staff and the service are great. Perhaps they could upgrade the doors to a card system than a key instead.

Kokemukseni oli erinomainen, hotelli oli erittäin puhdas, huoneet olivat tahrattomia, paikka oli erittäin hiljainen ja rento, aamiainen oli erittäin hyvä, erittäin keskeinen kaikkeen. Hotelli tarjoaa vaihtoehtoja paikallisiin retkiin, jotka helpottavat elämää huomattavasti. On monia ravintoloita samassa korttelissa kuin hotelli, joten se on melko kätevä,, Hotellin vastaanotto on erittäin hyvä, Sarah oli aina tarkkaavainen ja erittäin ystävällinen ymmärtäessään kysymyksiäni ja tarjotessaan ratkaisuja epäilyihini. Saavuin hyvin aikaisin sisäänkirjautumaan, joten he antoivat minun käyttää uima-allasta ilman ongelmia. Sitten uloskirjautumisen yhteydessä pystyin silti pysymään hotellissa odottaessani taksiani lentokentälle. kaikki oli mahtavaa. 100 prosenttia suositteli tätä hotellia. :)

Das kleinere Hotel liegt zwischen zwei anderen Hotels im Innenbereich fußläufig zur Pub-Street. Nachts ist es dennoch ausreichend ruhig, wenngleich das Hotel etwas hellhörig ist. Aussicht hat man aus den auf 3 Stockwerken verteilten Zimmern jedoch keine. Mein Zimmer im ersten Stock war geräumig und mit dunklen Holzmöbeln ausgestattet. Bad mit Duschwanne und ohne Steckdose und Fön (kann jedoch ausgeliehen werden). Leider gab es kleine Moskitos im Zimmer. Gratis sind die üblichen Getränke (2 Glasflaschen Wasser und Kaffeepulver/Tee) mit Wasserbehältern im Hotel zum Nachfüllen) Das Frühstück kann aus 4 Varianten ausgewählt werden und ist ausreichend. Kaffee/Tee und Orangensaft vom Buffet. Tägliche Zimmerreinigung und Handtuchwechsel. Am kleinen, sauberen Pool wenig Platz und Liegen. Insgesamt gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

I stayed here a few nights to meet up with friends. It's pretty well located and it is right next to pub street. There are many restaurants and shops just right outside. It was a nice stay.

Great property and location. The staff was exceptional.!!
