酒店的服務很好，距離市區還是有一段距離，但是酒店可以安排tutu司機接送，司機也主動加聯繫方式送回酒店，酒店餐廳也很好吃

シェムリアップのホテルの中ではてもよいホテルだと思います。市内からは距離がありますが、ホテルでのんびりすることもできます。

I’ve spent three days in the hotel. The location is not good and finding even a supermarket needs to walk for 20-30 minutes. The room was so old fashion and bed wasn’t comfortable enough. The towel and sheets were so old. The breakfast is not buffet and very little options in the menu. Pool was so small and the chemical material they are using changed the color of my hair from blond to green 😭.

I wish I could put 10 stars for service, thank you to all the staff especially Sokla who made our stay smooth, easy and memorable. The staff is all helpful and attentive and helped us rent motocyles and book tours etc. The garden area and pool area are serene and the rooms spacious and comfortable. We tried the spa as well, that was also wonderful. Would highly recommended to anyone from couples to families.

非常滿意，很熱情的服務，我們因為去看日出，需要5.30出門，酒店特別為我們打包，非常方便。 食物好吃，酒店環境也很衞生。 感謝Ms Toach, Ms Oeurm, Mr Try and Ms Phanif為我們提供的非常熱情的服務。 我們還體驗了酒店的spa，也很不錯。
