My recent stay at Green Amazon Residence was exceptionally positive. The staff exhibited professionalism and warmth from arrival, ensuring a seamless check-in process. The room's cleanliness and stylish design were noteworthy, complemented by a comfortable bed and a balcony offering a breathtaking view. The hotel's amenities, including the pristine pool area, were first-rate, and the breakfast consistently offered a delicious and diverse selection. Its location proved ideal, providing convenient access to key attractions and excellent dining options. The exceptional attention to detail and genuine hospitality created a truly memorable experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Green Amazon Residence and plan to return. My sincere appreciation to Vanny, Mr. Paul, and Mr. Lucky.

Green Amazon resident hotel is a very nice place to stay, go to night street around ten minutes, we stayed two nights with my friend, hotel provided round trip airport transport and coach rental for two days use, tour guide is very nice, If you first time to Siem reap, highly recommend for you to stay.staff friendly Mr Bell and Mr Paul, Mr Lucky also very good service..

Overall this hotel is not too far by tut tut and it only cost no more than £1.50 infact I would say £1.10.  Good location to Angkor Wat only took 20 mins.  There is no nearby restaurant but they do have their own in-house chef make to order food.  We did our sunrise Angkor Tour  privately & the hotel has kindly packed our breakfast in accordance to our preference too. Their front house supervisor Sophal is very helpful so are the rest of his staff infact all Cambodian are very friendly.

シェムリアップ中心地のパブストリートから徒歩で30分ほど離れていますが、トゥクトゥクもしくは徒歩で移動できるので場所的には問題ありません。パブストリート近くのホテルより静かでよいと思います。設備も綺麗ですし、Wi-Fiなども快適に使用できます。スタッフの方も良い方ばかりで心地良く過ごすことができました！おすすめです！

An excellent place with a very friendly staff. The room has everything you need, including an iron and a bathroom with a view of palm trees (I’ve been traveling for almost four months, and this is a big plus for me because not every hotel provides a bathtub). The breakfasts were very diverse, and the menu changed every day of my stay. There is also a small gym and good Wi-Fi. But the most important thing is the people—they did their best to help with any questions. My manager, Malish, even taught me a couple of words in Khmer. Possible improvement: -strengthening mosquito protection. Various measures are already in place, but they are not always enough. -Trip.com does not allow solo travelers to book a stay with just one breakfast—only two. I suggested exchanging my unused breakfasts for one lunch, but it couldn’t be arranged. Perhaps the hotel should reconsider its approach to such cases.

В целом номер был хороший. Этот отель можно рекомендовать для заселения и прибывания. Хороший и большой балкон оснащен стулом и столиком. Бассейн чистый. Выбор еды на завтрак небольшой, но все, что предлагали, было вкусно. Кровать в спальне большая и комфортная. Рядом с кроватью были розетки для всех видов вилок: европейских, китайских и др. Ванная комната была чистой. Люди на ресепшене очень добрые и отзывчивые. Из минусов можно отметить сильные и частые колебания температуры в душе, что создаёт дискомфорт при мытье. При заселении у нас не было в номере тапочек и мыла для рук. Но на ресепшене нам эти предметы быстро выдали. К сожалению, у раковины не было подставки для мыла. Гель для душа и шампунь находятся в очень милых кувшинах, но к сожалению это ведёт к перерасходу, а также опасению уронить, разбить и все разлить. После уборки гель для душа не подлили, хотя его оставалось очень мало. Ванна, расположенная в комнате, оказалась пыльной. Отель находится на отдаленной территории, соответственно к отелю не идёт качественная дорога. Рядом с отелем ничего интересного и развлекательного нет. Но возможно это все временно.

Nice place to stay - gives good value - especially with the triple room for our family. It's not perfect - but solid option for a reasonable price & efficient facilities. Bed linen is somewhat oldish, facilities are not new, but everything is kept in a good manner, staff is trained well & have a positive vibe, cozy pool zone. Location is efficient for reach to main attractions but not walkable in any way. So hidden boutique hotel that solves the task.

People at the hotel are very kind and helpful. The room service is great, and 24 hour reception service. Persons like Vichet make this place an unforgettable experience. I highly recommend the hotel.
