ホテルのスタッフの方々は皆さんとても親切で、いつもにこやかに挨拶をしてくれます。ツアーのバスに忘れ物をしたことを伝えると、私の代わりにツアー会社に連絡をしてくれました。また、３泊しましたが、毎日ルームクリーニングが入りました。泊まって良かったです。

ホテルの対応は良かった。 でも、少し問題があったのでお知らせする。 TripCoinsのチャットボットに空港からホテルの送迎があるか質問しただけだが、なぜか、ホテルが勝手に送迎の予約をしてしまった。仕方なくチャットボットにキャンセルの連絡をした。当日、空港に着くと私を迎えに来たタクシーがいて、キャンセル出来きていないことになっていた。 仕方なく高額のタクシーを利用して移動した。 移動中の景色はのどかで最高だった。 ホテルは悪くないと思う。TripCoinsのシステムに問題があると思う。

The location is excellent as it is very easy to walk to the active areas of downtown Siem Reap. The front desk reception is staffed by very helpful and well-mannered staff. The daily cleaning crew though, could probably be more systematic and thorough as there tended to be some small things they would forget to clean or to replace (toothbrushes, coffee, sugar). Facilities wise, there's a pleasant but very small swimming pool. There is a small area for breakfast, but I did not have a chance to check it out. For the price, location and helpful front desk, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room big & clean, breakfast good, walking to main dining & entertainment places.

Totes, matschiges Tier an der Decke, Wasser aus Waschbecken läuft auf Boden, Fernseher hat nicht funktioniert (wurde repariert), Bett extrem gequietscht (wurde fast beseitigt), Pool nicht sehr einladend. Staff freundlich, Lage super, Preis in Ordnung.

Free but poor wifi, breakfast average, nice room close to city central, river view room, no elevator though

Small cute hotel. Splendid location at center, by the river. Very nice, clean, quiet and comfort room. Small nice pool to relax. Young, enthusiastic and willing to support staff. Recommended per-se and definitely worth the price.
