It was so good .

A somewhat true angkor wat experience, i.e old and had better days. Dry, crinkled towels and walls have stains. An all in one shampoo, inconsistent heated water, a couple of mosquitoes. Pillow is quite comfortable, so that is a plus. Oh, be careful travelling here via Grab, as there is a place with an impossibly-similar name off the beaten road in a dimly lit village (i found out, so you don't have to.) Pretty cheap, not great not terrible, probably should have picked another place. maybe it was just my room, seeing as there are so many positive reviews, but I guess I will never know.

Lovely hotel, lovely helpful staff.....communicating was sometimes a challenge but they were ever-helpful throughout our stay.

Arrived on the 6th of June at Siem Raep Airport. Was picked by the tuk tuk driver Mr Rith, and he brought me to the hotel. Free pick up was included in my stay when booked. When arrived it was just wow, loved the entrance of the hotel. Was greeted by the staff with smiles. Checkin was done quickly and was escorted to my room 107. Great looking room, with comfortable bed, shower, and good working airco. 4 bottles of water and coffee and tea are provided by the hotel. Pool outside is small with pool bar, but does the job. Restaurant provides breakfast/lunch/dinner at reasonable prices. They have breakfast menu, 5 options mix off western or Cambodian style. Tours can be booked via the reception, Free shuttle service is provided at certain hours going downtown, takes about 10 minutes. Loved the the tranquility during my stay, staff was excellent (I mean quietly present), but always ready/helpful when needed. Thank you very much. If looking for some tranquility and relaxation, I absolutely recommend this place.

Una Vera oasi di pace e di relax a pochi km dal caos di Siem Reap, posizione ottimale per visitare i templi di Angkor e rilassarsi in piscina! Come indicato sulla prenotazione, la struttura ci ha accolto all aeroporto di Siem Reap con un cartello di benvenuto e un tuck tuck solo per noi! Abbiamo alloggiato In questa struttura immersa nel verde per 4 notti e usufruito dei tour organizzati dai loro collaboratori per visitare Angkor. Fin dal primo momento ci hanno accolto con il sorriso, dei cocktail di benvenuto e informandoci su tutti i servizi che avevamo a disposizione. Lo staff è stato sempre molto disponibile e attento alle Nostre esigenze, dopo Una cancellazione improvvisa del nostro Volo hanno provveduto ad organizzarci Il viaggio in bus notturno verso Sihanoukville in pochi minuti. Ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out, usufruire dei servizi e della piscina fino all arrivo del pic up per il trasferimento serale. La camera vista piscina è molto bella, grande e confortevole. Pulizie giornaliere e cambio biancheria. Colazione al piatto a scelta. Lo Staff è stato sempre molto gentile e disponibile. Vi consiglio almeno 4 notti se volete visitare per bene la città e nel frattempo rilassarvi in questa piacevole e accogliente struttura.

La habitación increible, 15 sobre 10. La cama perdecta, el recibomiento impresionante, bañera enorme dentro de la habitacion ademas de la duch del baño. La zona se la piscina estupenda y la atención del personal, en especial Ms Jing, Ms Lyneth and Mr Vanthai estupenda

We had a great stay at the Brightness Residence. The room is spacious, clean, and the staff is very friendly. They welcome us with welcome drinks. I'm so excited to stay at the quiet place. I hope to come to Some Real again, and stay at this beautiful hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Brightness is freshly renovated. The setting is beautiful with the swimming pool framed by the building. I found it very relaxing. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. They remembered my name and greeted me warmly as I came and went. The location was good in a quiet area not far from the center of the city. I look forward to returning on my next visit to Siem Reap.
