Hôtel à fuire !!!! Sale, bondé de personnes aux piscine, les serviettes reste H24 sur les transats, des gobelets dans la piscine, des verres cassés dans le fond de la piscine. Chambre mal lavée, moisissures Des vacances catastrophique. Après avoir fait beaucoup d’hôtel dans différents pays celui-ci reste le pire jamais connu. Prenez votre carte de crédit car tout est payant

Ездили в отель в сентябре на 7 ночей. Нас заселили в новый корпус справа от бассейна, номер красивый и новый, но ужасно пропах табаком. Попросили сменить на номер с видом на море, которое изначально и оплачивали дополнительно при бронировании тура. Номер был в главном корпусе, но ремонт был старый. Постельное белье не меняли ни разу! При уборке меняли только полотенца. Каждый день в номер приносили фрукты, это хорошо. Но тарелки не забирали на следующий день, когда приносили снова. В итоге у нас скопилось 3 тарелки, психанула и оставила прямо на покрывале кровати. Только тогда их наконец-то забрали. Еда однообразная каждый день, вкусная, но однообразная. В главном ресторане подается вино, но как его пьют, я не поняла. Оно, лично для меня, было ужасным. Пиво вкусное, коктейли которые делают по меню - нет. Просили барменом придумать свои личные коктейли - парни делали их вкусными. В номерах только мааленькое мыло 3 шт, шампунь миниатюра 3 шт, бальзам миниатюра 3 шт. Бальзам ужасный. Средства не пополняют. Развлекательных программ очень-очень мало. Было ужасно скучно. Море, берег - шикарные. Большая территория отеля, вежливый персонал. Много сотрудников, которые спокойно разговаривают на русском. В общем, отель не был ужасным, но и хорошим его сложно назвать. Повторно я бы не поехала.

+ points: The resort itself is a good size and has great pools and slides and there is a lot of variety in buffets - points: staff are not friendly at all especially the reception staff, who it seems couldn't care less about guests. most people there trying to figure out how they can squeeze more money out of you. This is how they must have been trained my senior management . It seemed like none of the staff wanted to be there and this reflects in how they treat guests. You'll hardly actually find anyone smiling. The food is not very hot and not great quality.. and we are not very picky eaters Really not luxury at all at best a 3 star, but wouldn't go back there.

We arrived at 1am and were told there is a 24 hour bar that also serves food. There were no staff at the bar to serve drinks and the food is whatever they have left over from the evening dinner service. There was nothing left and no one was serving/preparing fresh food. The room was a good size but it was not clean. The carpet was heavily stained. We were travelling with a 2 year old so required a travel cot. This was not in the room when we arrived and took 3 hours for staff from the hotel to deliver it, when they did it was broken and the mattress was brown and yellow. The food at the hotel was shocking. Same thing served everyday, usually overcooked and not hot. If you try to eat at the A La Carte restaurant then you’ll find that it is basically the same food they serve at the buffet. Despite being ultra all inclusive guests, we chose to eat out most nights so that we could get something decent to eat. The premium spirits served at the bars are not premium spirits, they definitely fill up branded bottles with cheap spirits. The pools were clean and the toddler’s water park was good, but it definitely needed some maintenance. We never struggled to get a lounger around the pool. Overall, a lacklustre hotel, not sure how it’s getting 4 star rating on Trip Advisor.

Overall 4/10 - It was a Nice journey there. Steady flight. Shuttle bus was hard to find after checking out of the airport. But once we arrived at the hotel, it was luxurious looking and clean. Room was big and the overall look was amazing. Air con wasn't great and the shower was only just warm on max. No daily fridge stock up. Reception tried to kick us out 2 days early. We were sleeping at the time when we were rudely summoned to the reception. Then after explaining that we have a further 2days left.... The cleaner didn't leave us any towels! During the kids tiny disco there's options to buy popcorn or candy floss. The popcorn is 5 euro for the smallest box. In my opinion, this should be in the all inclusive aspect. Apart from the alcohol, I don't really feel like I got much from this hotel. Cleaner doesn't actually change sheets... She flips them. Still dirty. (blood stains from my unexpected period on the flip side) No WiFi. You have to pay 30 euros for 1 week for each device. Food & drink 4/10 - Plenty of cheese at the all you can eat! Basically I lived off cheese, bread, eggs & salad. I didn't expect to live off salad whilst on holiday but that was really all I wanted. The rice was sticky and the veg too soft. There was some meat like shredded chicken or turkey every now and again. But nothing to write home about. No curries or anything I looked forward to. Nothing Turkish! A la carte - you were supposed to get 3 of these... Fish restaurant... Mexican and Italian... Upon booking we could only book 2 which was Mexican. We goes to the restaurant... Waited 20 mins to be seated. Had salad and bread on table. We had to wait a further half hour for drinks. First course came after half hour. Then another half hour between courses. My daughter didn't even get her main course. We left before dessert and got asked to leave a tip! Said no and left. Food was good but service and lack of organisation let it down. 2 out of 10 id give it. The choice of drinks included in the all inclusive was watered down spirits and full fat soft drink, or beer. That's it. The cocktails you had to pay 9 euros for. Outdoor/pools 6/10 - Aqua park, slides, good. (aqua park only open 4 hours a day which we found strange. Hence the 6 out of 10) Lots of loungers. We didnt struggle for a place. Pools clean. Other activities such as zip lines, Trampoline, ariel were all over priced. Example - 10 euro for 10 mins on trampoline. Shopping inside and outside hotel 6/10 - ideally, I wanted to go to a big bazaar. The sort what takes hours to cover. But we got sent to a little mall type one where everything was overpriced. It only took us half hour to cover it. Also had to pay for our own taxis even though the rep organised a free shuttle. Shops directly outside hotel amazing and cheap though. The shops within the complex are all outside businesses and are shockingly expensive. I paid £20 for a life jacket for my 6 year old. An old frost bitten ice lolly was 5 euros! Across

Probably the worst holiday I have been on. Travelled as 3 families of 3 with small children. The food in the hotel is inedible and I mean it's bad. It's stone cold like they have removed it from a fridge. Even the entertainment staff were complaining about the food they are expected to eat. It got to the point on a 15 night holiday following food poisoning we had to eat out of the hotel for the remainder due to 2 of our party being pregnant and they couldn't risk it. The hotel is on 2 steep hills. Pushing pushchairs up from the pools to the main building is a task so if you're disabled if highly advise changing as you will not get around. All inclusive drinks are lacking and the cocktails available in reception (where no one goes) are pre made. The hotel is in huge need of some TLC, mold in the bathrooms, carpets that need scrubbing etc. This is in no way a 5* hotel. We informed multiple staff members but the only thing they could do was apologise. This was not good enough for the 100's per family we have had to spend to be able to eat. I would however like to praise the entertainment staff who helped us in anyway they could, even by going to pick us up a McDonald's one day. ❤️

Where to start Upon check in we were given a dirty room.with a broken toilet sear, no cups no toiletries and some kind of bugs crawling around on the carpet. Went to reception to complain. By the time we had another room sorted it was almost midnight. This holiday was sold as "ultra all inclusive' the only ultra thing is the shocking amount of bad service and extra charges. Never have I had to pay for WiFi before. No where in the brochure does it state the adventure playground is £20 euro per person. The food .... this is poor. There is no other word for it. The a la Carte.... poor this facility is not avaliable Now to the entertainment or lack of it. If you like Russian music played louder than a concert until midnight every night then this is the place for you. If you have young children it's really not for you. If I could give 0 stars I would

Fist time staying at Horus Paradise luxury resort hotel, this is my honest opinion of my experience of my stay. I ain't going to go in to a whole story it is a basic review. FOOD..Is definitely not a 5 star selection, everyday are same options this includes snak bar throughout the day to. Hotel grounds is if you like walking up and down hills this is for, I was situated in the new grounds of the hotel and walking from the new build to the restaurant is a good 5 min walk including which isn't great when you are clean and refreshed, you end up doing a cardio session walking up hills to get to the restaurant lol, the main reception is even further. POOL... Fantastic pool especially the the children pool which has great slides and the pool is pretty big and not to deep either. Entertainment...What Entertainment? we had a child so sat around the children's pool everyday and not once was we approached by any of the Entertainment team, I did see a dart board near the adult pool and music playing around that pool but absolutely nothing gong on around the main pool whuch was the children's pool. Entertainment at night was terrible the main guy who runs the show seems to dislike the British snide remarks about us British didn't go down to well at all, what I will say is everything is aimed towards the Russian and German holidaymakers but mainly the Russian nationals. My review is a honest review and my opinion. This hotel is definitely not a 5 star I would say 3 to 4 star and 4 star is pushing it.

We stayed here from 26th September til 6th October. When I first booked the reviews were reasonably good however come August they went from 4.5 to practically zero. This was obviously concerning but it was too late to change. I will be as honest as I can from our experience. The hotel caters for mostly Russians and Germans but then again I’d say 80% of the guest are so that makes sense. Pros: beautiful hotel, perfect location, great pools (very cold) beautiful beach and plenty of sun lounges. The beach food is okay, repetitive, same practically everyday, but still okay. The Spa: great massages and hammams, our two ladies Bindu and Sanam were absolutely fantastic and so was Hussain the manager. No complaints there. And that’s where it stops! Cons: Food is the worst we have ever experienced in our 10 visits to Turkey. We’ve never stayed at a hotel that doesn’t have an egg station. Breakfast was very disappointing. The other meals and I would 90% were cold, bland and pretty tasteless. There’s no chance of putting on weight if that’s something you’re worried about. Rooms: our was okay, cleaned everyday and topped with whatever was needed and if something had been forgotten one phone call to reception and it was sorted. Bathroom had no hooks or anything in the shower where you could put your shower gel etc Linen: I’m sorry but they smelled and felt like they hadn’t been washed properly. Beds were hard and the pillows awful which constitutes to bad sleep! Overall the staff I thought were lovely, always ready to look after you with a smile except for the lady behind the desk in the spa..she didn’t manage a single smile not once in the 10 days we stayed.I visited Guest Relations 3 times but there was never anyone there. The staff are aware of the problems in the hotel particularly around cleaning but some of them said our complaints would no difference. Verdict: be prepared to eat out a lot! Would we go there again?…Never!!

We went for a family holiday got to hotel at 4 in the morning a group of 12 so had 4 rooms booked and they only had 2 available so was put in the bosses suite we thought lovely but we had to go in lift to 4 th floor and then climb 40 stairs that was 2 nearly 70 year olds and a baby 2 children and the parents ,then go in the suite no electric so left in pitch black while the poor young lad had to go get someone ,but the son in law is a electrian so he sorted it we went to bed in one double bed 2single beds and 2 camp beds . In the morning looking around the place couldnt open any window to dangerous a long drop and couldnt go on balcony as no glass to stop you falling off balcony ,so was not suitable got dressed went to breakfast then to the rep meeting he did go sort it but had no choice but to stay another night in there living out of suitcase. Food very disappointing very rarely hot ,cleaning of rooms once we got them was a bit hit and miss . Been going to Turkey twice a year for 16 years and the worst hoilday we have had there lower than 3 star i would give it 2 . Dont be misled about the adveture play ground and zip wire if you want to pay 15 and 20 Euros a time and pay for cocktails and 15 euros for wifi per person not room one of our rooms were 3 young people paying for wifi ,never paid before in Turkey disgusting so we paid for 7 day Holiday and got5 full days was a very expensive holiday .Dont go not worth it .
