Sun Beach Park Hotel

Hotel was brilliant, rooms cleaned daily and the food was lovely , the staff were very accommodating and helpful . We were septical about the mixed reviews at first but I'm glad I didn't listen as it was completely wrong and we had a great time , even the locals were lovely and plenty of shops . Beach was literally down the road . We will definitely be staying here again in the near future . Thankyou sun beach for making us feel very welcome 😍

Так случилось и с нами приехали 25 октября, нам объяснили, что к сожалению мест в отеле нет, могут предложить другой отель, если вдруг не понравится, то можно переговорить и завтра нас переселят. Отель подходит для взрослых без детей, много курящих. Из + Приехав в отель SUN BEACH HILL нас на ресепшен встретил очень приятный мужчина, который говорит на турецком/ английском/ немецком. Повысил уровень номера бесплатно и выдал номер с видом на моря на 6 этаже. Персонал очень хороший, все стараются улучшить ваш отдых в данном отеле. Начитавшись отзывов думала будет ужасная еда, но нет выбор большой каждый день разные завтраки, сладости, мясо и рыба, на гриле, тушенные, жаренные, большое количество овощей и салатов. Пробыли 10 дней, все дни убирались, меняли полотенца. До моря 3-5 минут, есть отдельный пляж, где выдают матрасы, но не дают отдельное полотенце на пляж. Из - Не очень приятно когда приезжаешь в один отель, а селят в другой. Совсем нет анимации для взрослых. Мы жили на 6 этаже и до 23:00-00:00 очень сильно играет музыка с других отелей, прям орёт. Был случай, когда мы отравились и не только мы, но и другие люди. Итог: В отделе много немцев, поляков, русских, итальянцев. Персонал прекрасный, если вы планируете большую часть гулять, отдыхать и ездить по экскурсиям, вам шикарно подойдет. Если вы не пьете и рано ложитесь, лучше выбрать другой отель. Отель можно выбирать если на него есть скидка 😁

I stayed here for a week in September with my husband. On arrival I didn't realize that our room didn't have a balcony so we paid 20 Euros to upgrade out room. The reception staff were very polite and showed us 3 rooms to chose form, we chose a room which was dated but clean and had all what we needed, The beds were fairly comfortable however we had single beds so as a double bed is not big enough for us both, we like plenty of room. The cleaner was lovely and our room was cleaned everyday and the shower was lovely and hot, so no issues with the room. The pools were fine but again if you wanted a bed in the sun you had to be up early and it is frustrating when there is towels on the beds and nobody sitting there but that's at most hotels. Entertainment was poor and that's all I will say on that, I didn't feel welcome joining in the games so I didn't. Bar staff were polite and welcoming. Food, my husband enjoyed the food but I struggled, some nights I couldn't eat it so I didn't. Breakfast was shocking if you are English, sprouts is not what you expect for breakfast, there was no toaster so again I struggled at breakfast. Overall the food was ok but no my choice. We met some lovely English people who we sat with on an evening a couple of times and made us feel very welcome. I have never met so many rude people in my life, the rude Germans gave the Germans a bad name, 90%was so rude and this, after a few days was frustrating, at one point one women stood in front of my husband and waved him to move, to which he didn't. The hotel is not for the English it is for the Germans. We did have a good holiday, we spent most of the time on the beach and out of the hotel. Would I go again? No but that's because the priced of drinks have doubled £15 for 2 drinks in the bars, 5 euros for a packet of crips and a can of coke. It has doubled in price in a year so we wont be going back the shop and bars make up the prices as they were different every day. Beach is close where your sunbeds are free and a short walk to the old town. So if you want a cheap base then stay here but I would advise you spent a little more and get a better hotel.
