"Lovely staff & hotel although needs a bit of care & attention. Reviews about breakfast being brilliant are way off the mark. They're average at best. Ran out of bananas after one hour with no replacement. I sausage and a strand of bacon with 2 eggs and not very good beans is not a 5 star breakfast. What i asked if I could have just 4 sausages & 2 eggs to make a sandwich it was like asking for a 3 course meal so I asked for just 3 boiled egg & was told they only do 2. I did get 3 in the end. Outside bar not open at night but when a group of people that meet every year arrived hey presto the bar was open. One of these party decided to take a whole load of bananas at breakfast presumably for everyone in the party but none left for anyone else. Won't stop there again as i don't like to ask for extra breakfast & I don't like big groups getting their own way. Big thanks to the young waitress who was excellent.."

"Our experience at this hotel was tragic. We paid for a 4-star All-Inclusive stay and were faced with services and facilities that do not reflect 4 stars. ### 1. Cleanliness & Room * **Very mediocre cleanliness:** We literally took 3 steps on the floor wearing black socks, and they turned white from the dust and dirt. * **Shortages:** There was no soap in the bathroom, not even a trash can! ### 2. Non-functional Air Conditioning and Reception's Indifference * The air conditioner in our room was not working. We kept informing the reception constantly and received no clear answer. * Due to the unbearable heat, they changed our room late at night just for sleeping, promising that the issue would be resolved the next day. The "new" room had **dirty sheets**! * The following day, we informed them that we would be out for many hours so they would have time to fix it. Not only did they do absolutely nothing, but when we returned, they didn't even bother to inform us. We had to go to the reception ourselves and put our foot down to get things sorted. Complete indifference and amateurism. ### 3. Food & All Inclusive * The food was very mediocre to bad. They served chicken nuggets that were brown on the inside, and "turkey breast fillet" that looked (and tasted) like cheap luncheon meat (pariza). Generally, the effort to maximize profit at the expense of quality was obvious. For example, the label read "tortellini with cheese" and inside there was penne pasta with just a few scattered tortellini. * **The breaking point with the water:** During the tour, they explicitly told us that we could take bottled water from the bar to our room. When we went on our own, they refused, telling us to drink from the water dispenser! In other words, in a 4-star All-Inclusive hotel, they expected us to carry water to our room in a cup! ### Conclusion We had a very bad experience that ruined our vacation, and we were forced to leave, putting a huge amount of effort into getting a refund. We do not recommend it under any circumstances."

"Palasimme 9 yön oleskelu täällä. Meillä oli 3 huonetta, koska oli 9 meistä !!! Älä lue huonoja arvosteluja, koska paikka on täydellinen perheen juokseminen ja ne eivät voineet olla enemmän tervetullut ja ystävällinen. Kyllä se on perustavaa laatua, mutta se on kaikki mitä tarvitset, puhdistusaineet ovat kauniita päivittäin ja vaihdettuja sängyjä ja tuoreita pyyhkeitä joka 3 päivää !!! Emme voineet vikata mitään yksi pala näistä huoneistoista syömme siellä muutaman kerran sekä ja ruoka oli paikalla. Se on pääpiste kävely rannalle päärippu !!! Olimme vain muutaman päivän ja tuntui hyväksyttävää, että me olemme varanneet palata 14 yötä ensi vuonna !!! Olimme ryhmä 9 vaihtelee 14 kuukautta 50 n jokainen meistä oli paras aikoinaan."

"Mikä ihana oleskelu täällä taas. Mitä voin sanoa, hyvin puhtaat huoneistot uima-altaalla. Väärä mukavia sänkyjä, hyvää voimakas suihku. Maria ja Yannis ovat kauniita ihmisiä, jotka juoksevat hyvin mukava paikka. Nämä huoneistot ovat hieman raiteen ranta tieltä niin mukava ja rauhallinen. Vain noin 10-15 minuuttia kävely päärantaan olemme olleet useita vuosia nyt ja toivottavasti olla takaisin ensi vuonna"
