Just back from 11 night stay. Breakfast, good selection but hot food could be hotter. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff. Rooms basic but clean. Tip!! Ask for room at the back as the front sea view rooms face out onto Babylon Karaoke Bar, still belting them out at 3am nightly. Otherwise great location between the Strip and Canal D'Amour. The only real drawback is the shower cubicles. Corner opening to a gap of, perhaps 15 inches so a bit of squeeze for the fuller figure lady or gentleman. Every time I went in it I worried that the Fire Brigade would have to come and cut me out!! Initially was going to re-book for next year but the practical issue with the showers meant that ultimately we've booked elsewhere with a roomier bathroom and shower.

Holiday
Our stay was excellent the hotel is perfectly situated steps from Sidariou-Avlioton beach and town the beds are amongst the most comfortable I have slept in , I travel around 10 times per year so that says it all the breakfast airline very good quality one thing that let it down the cooked bacon sausages eggs was cold which was a real shame

Currently staying here on a solo trip, and from the second I walked through the doors I was made to feel welcome by the wonderful staff team. The hotel is clean and modern, plenty of sun loungers, as well as nice seating outdoors around the hotel grounds in, the pool is well maintained. I stayed half board and the food is fantastic, I wasn’t expecting to be able to pick food from a 3 course menu for the evening meal, the food was delicious and well presented and the waiting staff wonderful. Breakfast is varied and tasty. The location is fantastic a literal stones throw away from the beach with clear warm water, and a short walk to the beautiful Canal d’ Amour. And plenty of bars and restaurants near by. The hotel bar is reasonably priced with Mythos on tap, a snack menu, and a good selection of ice creams as well as scooped ice cream. Reception staff are fantastic and really made me feel safe and welcome. I will definitely be returning with my children! Thank you for having me.

Went to the mimosa hotel in June it’s in a good position beach is right across the road it’s right on the strip aswell plenty bars that have tribute acts on food at the mimosa was really good we went half board breakfast was a buffet style English breakfast pancakes etc evening meal was picking off a menu 3courses plenty variety and was really tasty didn’t have a bad meal. Hotel room was basic but clean we only use it as a base where out all day. Shower well what can I say tiny if you dropped the shower gel you couldn’t actually bend down and pick it up without opening the shower door we adapted to it staff were brill couldn’t fault any of them second visit to sideri we were at the sideri waterpark the year before but preferred this one .

This hotel was brilliant very well organised and such helpful staff. Everybody was friendly. Yes you will read the shower is small but I’m not a thin person nor is my husband but we managed to use it daily just try not to drop the soap. Certainly better than one we have had in a higher star hotel on Santorini. Rooms are basic but clean-beds were comfy and yes you need to bring your own cups if you want hot drinks (paper ones are supplied) the rooms have a fridge, always a bonus, but we didn’t spend much time inside other than sleep and wash so perfectly adequate We emailed and requested a low room due to mobility issues and we were given one at the front with a sea view. The breakfast is brilliant it says buffet and it certainly is. There is so much choice nobody should leave hungry. we didn’t need lunch most days. Can’t tell you about evening meal as we like to try different places so only went B&B. Perfectly placed at the end of the main strip and opposite the beach. Can’t comment on the sun beds and pool as not something we used. But plenty of seats and tables around the bar area. It’s no wonder most of the guests we spoke with return regularly. So good we booked to go back when they open up May 25. Thank you to all the staff

Change of room made all the difference
Upon arrival we were given a room that felt dated, it was clean but basic, the external door didn't feel too secure, the shower squirted everywhere but on your head, tiles were a little bit mismatched after what I suspect was a repair, it just wasn't nice despite not being terribly bad. On the plus side the sea view was lovely. Staff couldn't have been more helpful, we were given a new modern room at the back of the complex which was lovely and spotlessly clean. Communal areas were also spotlessly clean, there was the odd tiny **** at the side of the rear pool, but there were also plenty of sunloungers and not a bit of rubbish. There was one leaf in the bottom of the pool but a pool with crystal clear water and no colder than any other holiday pool. The wifi did struggle to connect from time to time but was mostly OK and much better at the front of the building. Breakfast was perfectly acceptable, of course it wasn't 5* quality (its a 2*hotel) but freshly cooked, hot, well served and in a pleasant and tidy environment. Staff don't stop for breath, always cleaning and tidying, always smiling, nothings too much trouble. We went from a feeling of not wanting to stay to having a great time, we would definitely return. Many thanks to the lovely team (especially Anna and Jenny) who helped with the change

Fantastic stay and perfect location. Rooms spacious, clean and comfortable with air-con, TV and fridge. The food was very nice, a good English breakfast and all the continental bits too - you won’t be disappointed. The evening menu was very good too with a special every day. The snack menu by the bar was also very good and certainly good value for money. The staff are all helpful and friendly. English speaking and can’t do enough for you to ensure a good stay. The hotel itself is at the end of the strip of bars, restaurants and shops along with being opposite the beach - really is a perfect spot. Overall a great stay and will be back again im certain.
