Kingwood Hotel Sibu arvostelua

We stayed in Tower B for two nights to attend wedding function. Room comes with a good view of Rajang River. Our room was with key card and nice view ,whereas we saw a friend's room in Tower A which is using a key, no view and older toilet ( water easily collected around bathtub and spilled on toilet follow while showering causing toilet to be wet), and thinner bath towel provided. Although our room only comes with 2 pillows and no ironing board , but it was provided free upon request by room service. Hotel has a hair salon conveniently located inside, and surrounded by food eateries.

Room is clean and comfortable. However, there are some room for improvement: When checking out, I would expect the front deck to pop more questions like: 1. Did you drive? We need to stamp on your parking ticket before you collect your car. I wish they would ask that as when I was driving out from the car park, the security guy just said’ go stamp the ticket and pass back to me!’. 2. Breakfast - table set up is not done. 3. 4 person checking in only provide 2 complimentary drinking water. 4. Front desk- please smiles so that we (as guests) feel welcomed.

Breakfast is bad and room is not clean. Gym facilities damaged and not safe to use

Hotel in near the Larang River and in the downtown. Walking distance to many places of interest. Have a wonderful stay in Kingwood Hotel.

Tower B, new and clean. Service is good.

Clean and cozy hotel for stay in Sibu. Although it’s a little old but it’s well maintained. It’s also walking distance to many attractions and food around the area.

Very convenient location the room is big enough the staffs is helpful

A nice hotel that we always stay while holidaying in Sibu. I love the river views looking down from the hotel room.
