There are not enough words to describe how beautiful this place is, it’s super clean, very comfortable, delicious and various food dishes, the resort if full of fun and activities of the whole family. and what makes this place amazing is the staff, you will never see as much as friendly people. Thank you all for making our experience unforgettable.

Amazing family holiday destination. Great customer service from nearly everyone from the restaurant, entertainment animation team, reception etc. Exceeded my expectations. Everyone we came in contact with was very friendly. I particularly want to shout out Frank and Josif as the bus boys, Roberta in reception, Valerija (sp?) who checked us into the restaurant everyday, Leia, Ivan, George, Mia and all in animation and all the cleaning crew who managed to keep our room in tip tidy shape everyday.

We stayed here as a party of 8, the staff work so hard and are really kind, but we were disappointed with our booking through love holidays. We felt the adverts very much oversold the hotel and disappointment set in upon arrival… When talking to reception we were first met with “you need to talk to love holidays as you booked through them, if you booked through the hotel directly we could offer you all sorts” The water park is separate from the hotel despite being featured in their advertisements setting you back €90+ a visit for a family of 4. Also the blow up sea assault course is extra €16 an hour each, or €27 for a day pass. ((No one was using it.)) Bar is expensive, most drinks being priced 2/3 times more than the local prices. 2 Gin & Tonics setting you back €36. (You do expect hotels to charge more, but not to absolutely rob you) When asking for chips we requested “cheesy chips” with feta, met with immediate “no we don’t serve that” even tho they have feta in the kitchen. There are NO lifeguards by the pools. No slides by the pool just a water feature. Food is very nice, but also VERY repetitive, about 7 different ways of cooking eggs served for breakfast. With half board the only drinks served are juice, coffee and tea. With chilled tap water! Don’t let the water go to room temperature… it stinks of chlorine 🤢 Any other drink costs €€€ Lots of families visiting the local Lidls to buy food and drink as the hotel is so overpriced. We were first placed in a room on the 3rd floor with windows that cannot lock and open wide! This was a massive safety issue as we have a son with autism. There was no safety guard, super easy to open, quite terrifying especially on the 3rd floor. Horrid views of the roof despite booking a “garden view” The staff did upgraded us to a safer room which we were very grateful for and made our stay much more comfortable ❤️ Evening entertainment for kids is ok, nothing amazing. Beds are comfortable, air con is great. Fridges in the rooms are more like cooler boxes. I have included prices in photos of their clothe cleaning services. €€€ Also busses of Croatian school children arrived to stay at the hotel, we had a note under the door to advise us to avoid times of when the children ate. We won’t be visiting this hotel chain again or using love holidays to book a holiday.
