衞生：衞生還行吧，中規中矩，不能算太乾淨，也不算太差，就是邊上是湖泊，酒店大堂 房間 小飛蟲 蚊子很多很多。給我們安排的是一樓 裝修是10多年前的水平了，而且衹有浴缸 洗個澡還要跳到浴缸上洗澡，房間比較潮濕。 設施：設施確實很齊全，游泳池，健身房，籃球場，高爾夫球場 桌球房都有，但是都要收費，除了健身房，我們想玩桌球房説可以付費玩，酒店卻説不開放 問原因 他不解釋，沒有原因，很無語。攜程上看都是免費，沒有説要收費，（我們是看中有桌球房才去訂的這家酒店） 還有就是訂了以後不讓退 要退可以，一毛不給，我們含淚住了7天。 環境：環境還可以，實話實説，有公共泳池，湖裡還有科莫多大蜥蜴，早上空氣也不錯，但是周邊5公里啥都沒有，連個便利店也沒，我們住了7天，每次都要打車去外面吃飯，而且這邊打車很難打，最少20分鐘才能打到車，去住最好自己有車。 服務：我們在泰國300人民幣水平的酒店基本都會説幾句中文，這個度假村服務員是一點中文不會講，住的中國人也不少，不明白為什麼不能配備一兩個會中文的，不過會説英文。問他們也是一問三不知，不好溝通。 總結。我不知道是攜程還是當地酒店這邊哪裡出了問題，我們去那裡住很大一部分是看中那裡有桌球房 我們幾個大男人可以玩玩桌球，搞半天付錢都不讓我們玩，還不和我們説明不開放的原因， 一次糟糕的居住體驗感，去泰國旅遊的廣大同胞自己擦亮眼睛。

桌球房和室內泳池不開放，花錢也不讓你玩，和圖片宣傳不符，價格還高，下次不來了

房間設施特別陳舊了，衞生還行，服務也挺好，沒有電梯，上下樓行李需要自己搬

Nice area. Came here for family trip and everyone was impressed with this place. Although, this place is old but they maintained it really well!

超級牛的房間，很安靜，聽不見路過的汽車像飛機一樣轟鳴。別墅很安靜，真的聽不見汽車像飛機一樣的共鳴，也不會感受到房子在顫抖

Wonderful experience with Pattana Hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful, room is clean with great view. You must try the Thai Massage in hotel which is nice too!
