"My experience was very comfortable there I didn’t do much but relax while I was there. Eat breakfast in the morning and ordered dinner later in the day."

"Very convenient spot next to O'hare with the complimentary shuttle running every 15 minutes. Fun place to eat at the 1st floor as well. Would be even better if they had free water in each room."

"Upon check in, I was assigned a room & given keys. We opened the door only to find someone else was already occupying the room. Imagine the fear of the person in that room as we had keys that opened their room door. We had to bring all of our luggage back down to the front desk to get a new room assigned. I booked a king room but was given a room with double beds. When I contacted the front desk, the lady at the front desk was unprofessional and made no effort to address the issue. She told me the hotel is sold out of king rooms and for me to contact Trip.com because Trip.com is the one who booked a double room. The representative from Trip.com was very professional and apologetic and made attempts to rectify the situation. However the hotel did not answer the calls from Trip.com. The room we were assigned was ok. But the ac/heater unit in the room was full of dust. The pillow cases appeared clean but smelled as if it had not been changed between guests. I’ve stayed at numerous Hilton properties and am usually quite pleased. But we were quite disappointed with this Doubletree property."

"The location was great and I really liked the free transportation ( you should boocked it earlier by contacting the front desk)— super convenient! Breakfast was okay, but there weren’t many options. The pancakes were already gone even though the buffet had just started about 30 minutes earlier. Also, both coffee machines at the reception weren’t working — one was broken and the other kept showing an error. When they tried to fix it, they had to turn it off completely, so unfortunately, no coffee in the morning."

"Accidentally booked this hotel during the Days of the Dead event that was going on at the hotel that weekend. So when I arrived I was surprised by many of the attendees, but some absolutely interest costumes and people were there. Even saw Alice Cooper and several stars of the current hit movie Terrifier hanging out in the lobbies and at the restaurant. This hotel is located across the street from the convention center and also the Rosemont Theater and close to O'Hare. That was my biggest problem, so many loud planes flying over (very closely) all through the night. My room was on the side next to the Rosemont Theater and their very bright sign was a little annoying, especially since the blinds don't close all the way to block off the light or help with sound reduction. As with most busy hotels, the unfortunate noises from other guests slamming doors or taking a shower is something I might expect at a lower name brand hotel - unfortunately these problems are present at this location too. My room purchase came with free breakfast buffet at the restaurant, and it was absolutely fantastic. A wide variety of fresh fruits and standard breakfast foods, all laid out nicely and neat. I would hit this place up for breakfast anytime I am in that neighborhood. Staff was friendly, took the hotel shuttle back to O'Hare. Has a decent size indoor pool and a couple of workout rooms, which I didn't use. Also had a Caddyshack themed bar and restaurant, food was also decent there."

"The first night our temp would not go below 74-75 no matter where we set the thermostat. The next day we left for the day & evening. I told the staff about that and they said it would be fixed. We got back late at night to find it was g fixed, it was now warmer, and the hvac closet was wide open and would not close.. Housekeeping never came to our room. When I complained the next morning I was told the hvac system was designed to only turn on when there was movement in the room. I clarified, “so it doesn’t work when I’m sleeping in bed and not moving?” She said yes, that is the case. That is insane. Finally though after the 2nd day it miraculously got fixed and we got housekeeping."

"Majoitus oli erittäin hyvä, Sänkyt olivat hyvin mukavia, Huoneet olivat puhtaita ja kaikki oli hyvä, paitsi odotukset ja tasku ystävällinen. The best part getting the free shuttle service to the airport, Breakfast was great. we loved accommodation and we also recommend accommodation. if any of you want to stay with the families, business traveler’s this would be the best hotel."

"When we arrived, was told that elevator had breakdown. We had to carry our heavy luggages to the 1st floor when hotel staff should have helped us in managing it. Shuttle service was good, and driver was excellent and friendly. Guided us to the correct terminal for the drop off. Breakfast though simple, but it managed to sooth our hunger. 👍"
