"Hotel was clean. Pool was nice and quiet. If you are booking for shuttle service and breakfast, it's not suitable for early flights but really close to the airport so Uber wasn't expensive."

"Good price with good location right on the beach. Very clean updated room. Nice bathroom. The balcony felt awkward as there is no divider between rooms so you have no privacy on the balcony. The bathroom should have a fan as it gets real steamy during a shower. Very nice outdoor area by the pool and beach. The only part I didn't like was the fact I couldn't sit at the tables outside without buying something from the restaurant. There is plenty of seating, they should split it up. Half for the restaurants and half for pool guests. Overall, very nice place if you want to be a little away from all the tourist traffic and busy areas. Also there is a McDonald's, Dunkin, a deli, pizza shop and Winn Dixie right next to the hotel. Would stay again! 👍"

"a decent hotel for overnight layover for cruise or airport. it's close to both and the hotel offers free shuttle to airport but you must book early. price is decent and hotel is decent but it's busy so there's always a lineup at the counter. Staff are not bad but sometimes slow due to various client requests. If you don't have a car it's a pain to get around as there's not much nearby other than a couple strip malls and limited eateries. Overall, not bad for what you pay"

"Breakfast very disappointed. Shower water pressure not strong at all Air conditioning ventilation water dripping whole day. Ventilation fan in the toilet too loud and very noisy. Three lifts are broken. Only two were working"

"It's an average motel and for what I paid, no complain! Wifi is pretty stable and don't expect too much on breakfast and they charge a ”$7” resort/service fee on daily basis, which I just think it's a bit over, while didn't charge me for parking..."

"2/12/26 In my experience, the customer service fell short of expectations and could benefit from noticeable improvement. A welcoming demeanor and simple courtesy—such as a genuine smile—can significantly enhance a guest’s experience. While I did not have particularly high expectations given the name “The Red Carpet Inn,” I still anticipated a reasonable standard of hospitality and upkeep. Unfortunately, the property did not fully meet those expectations. The overall odor within the facility was unpleasant and could certainly be addressed. Although the cleanliness was acceptable for an inn of this category, it lacked the freshness and attention to detail that would make guests feel comfortable. Aesthetically, the rooms appear outdated and in need of renovation. The addition of a few brightly colored furniture pieces seems to be an attempt to give the impression of recent remodeling; however, these accent pieces do little to disguise the overall condition of the space. The updates feel superficial rather than substantive—more cosmetic than structural. My wife and I only needed a place to rest for a few hours before catching a flight later that evening, and for that limited purpose it sufficed. However, I would not consider staying here for more than one night, and even that would be with hesitation. Additionally, the “closet” was not a true closet at all. It consisted merely of an exposed wall-mounted rod with no enclosure or doors, which further contributed to the unfinished and poorly designed feel of the room. Overall, while the property may serve as a very short-term stopover, there is significant room for improvement in customer service, atmosphere, and genuine modernization. Bright Spot would only be the Shuttle to the Airport that is included at checkout. This would be there saving grace."

"Very good location, room is good, provide breakfast, good value hotel"

"perfect holiday inn express Well above average standard Packing lot capacity need to be improved"

"When we got to the hotel (on time), the room was not ready. We were told to wait on the roof deck. That was fine because there was bar up there. But when we got there the bar was not open. So we had basically nothing to do while waiting for our room. So we had to take a walk down the road and cross a very busy road to go somewhere for food and drink. When we finally got our room a couple hours later (no discount for the missing hours we had no access to the room of course), the room was cute and clean. There was no lock on the bathroom door. At night we went down to the bar, as did everyone else staying there, and there was only one bartender/waitress for everyone which made service extremely slow. When it was time for sleep the light would not go out. We had to sleep with the light on all night. But other than that it was great!! LOL"

"The room was not clean and the room's floor was dirty. The Breakfast was very poor and the very little options were not refilled. As the options were very few, at least they should be refilled until the end of the Breakfast time. Before 10 am we could not find almost nothing. Another family that traveled with me, went to have their breakfast around 10 am and had just water , plain milk and few bagles. They asked the hotel staff if they would refill the items, and they said no. I felt bad because I was the one that invited them to stay with my family in this hotel. I am disappointed."
