"The hotel is kind enough to upgrade my room to a bigger room due to off peak season. The establishment is clean and staff are friendly. Room has plenty of sockets including usb. Bathroom is big. Water pressure good. Laundry free. Breakfast is good. Central location near bus stop. Taxi fare to/from changbaishan train station is rmb18 each direction. Thumb up to Miss 吕 who helped me to book/amend/refund tickets to attractions. I would be delighted to stay here again."

"Our family of 4 had a wonderful 2 nights stay in mid December. The great service started even prior to our stay as we had 2 personal concierge 小张 & 莹莹 assigned to us. We had requested for connecting rooms via Trip and 小张 & 莹莹 contacted us directly via WeChat. They not only helped us get connecting rooms, they also gave advice and helped to arrange for our luggages to be sent to the hotel while a private driver (additional cost) picked us from the train station to start our tour of Changbaishan immediately so that we do not have to waste time traveling. All the staff at the hotel were wonderful as well. Our room package included 3hr ski tickets and access to the natural hot spring. It was our family’s first time trying to ski and we asked our personal concierge to arrange for private coach (additional cost). Immediately upon arriving at the ski lodge the coach was waiting and led us through the entire chaotic process of collecting and wearing the gears. The hotel has direct unlimited access to the hot spring and it was also a great experience not to be missed (Don’t forget to pack your swim wear!) It even has a fish pool where we dip our whole body. There’s also a Cute Pet Paradise with different animals you can feed. Overall there’s plenty of activities for everyone and we will definitely highly recommend the hotel to everyone coming to Changbaishan."

"The stay was great , there was butler help us arrange for station pickup and drop off . There was souvenir given to kids. However the front office staff wasn’t that helpful , we couldn’t use T3 to book taxi, the staff did not help us book a taxi, only ask us to flag taxi on the road ourselves . The smart system didn’t respond too well, wanted to open the curtain by voice command but couldn’t work, and the washing basin couldn’t drain water very well , need to use hand to open the drainage to release water."

"服務：長白山我最喜歡的酒店，酒店客服會提前聯繫，長白山站接站到酒店裡麪。王巖大哥會熱情地給我們介紹長白山的玩法以及周圍景區，耐心的介紹酒店每個設備設施在哪，時間段是什麼，並且提前幫我們聯繫包車，價格非常合理。 P1，雪人軍團（衹是其中一衹啦），一羣雪人站在酒店大門前，非常壯觀。憑房卡進去近距離拍照，和雪人合影。 P2，酒店自帶的燒酒館，有地方特色菜，也有一些高端食材，人蔘鴿子湯，真的特別鮮！ P3，酒店的露天温泉，有大大小小將近十個吧，還有超級火的“鐵鍋燉自己”，還有蜂窩煤。記得帶上泳褲！ P4，房間乾淨整潔，每天都有水果和茶水（冰糖雪梨和五味子，每天不一樣），每天都會打掃，衞浴乾濕分離，還有超大落地窗，美景盡收眼底！ P5，住了兩次了，這次才知道竟然有“暢飲時刻”，啤酒，飲料在下午特定時間段免費暢飲，玩完回來暢飲一下，然後去泡温泉，真的很舒服！ P6，早餐，麪條，粉絲，水餃，餛飩，腸粉，時蔬，煎蛋，牛奶，麥片，粥，沙拉，還有粵式早點，可選擇性多，開放時間長，早上非常方便。"

"非常開心的一次旅行✈️來長白山旅行和出差的朋友們推薦這家民宿。首先民宿位置好，距離長白山高鐵站車程10分鐘（悄悄告訴你老闆提供免費接站哦，貼心的幫我提了行李）距離長白山北坡景區買票處車程10分鐘，長白山太美了拍不夠（交通方式可以滴滴，可以公交車直達，可以騎行，如果你喜歡運動可以沿着步行綠道走路3.5KM腳下踩着皚皚白雪發出嘎吱嘎吱的聲音）樓下不遠處就是美人松公園，中華秋沙鴨公園（拍照巨出片）。當然，附近還有親親燒烤店和韓式炸醬麪店，早餐店，葯店和超市。👍（麪妥妥滴延吉口味，擼串滿足你的味蕾）。民宿非常的乾淨，設施也齊全，有洗衣機，電子馬桶是我必須的選擇，房間也超大。房間巨暖和非常舒服，把門外的冰天雪地擋在了窗外👍冬天現在窗前看雪那種感覺沒有哪個南方小朋友拒絕的了噠～這一塊槓槓滴。我在房間的陽台可看雪，玩雪（冬天帶小朋友的可以堆雪人啦，我想看夕陽圍爐煮茶也可以衹是我太忙了～）很愜意😌最後説一下服務很好呀，民宿住的就是私密，舒適，隨意。民宿還可以定漂流票（兩個字形容漂流“刺激”）5分體驗。 A very enjoyable trip ✈️ Friends traveling and business trips to Changbai Mountain recommend this Airbnb. First, the guesthouse is conveniently located, just a 10-minute drive from Changbai Mountain High-Speed Rail Station （whispering to your boss, helping me with my luggage）. It's too beautiful to take photos at Changbai Mountain Park （where you can walk 3.5 km on the greenway）. Of course, there are also KinKin BBQ restaurants, Korean fried sauce noodle shops, breakfast establishments, pharmacies, and supermarkets nearby. 👍 （Faceful and delicious, skewers to satisfy your taste buds）. The Airbnb is incredibly clean with all necessary facilities, including a washing machine and an electronic toilet. The rooms are also extremely spacious. The room was incredibly warm and comfortable, blocking the icy cold from outside the window 👍 Now, in winter, watching the snow by the window feels like nothing Southern kids can refuse. This is a piece of amazing stuff. I can watch the snow on the balcony of my room and play with it （you can build a snowman with kids in winter, but I just want to watch the sunset over the fireplace make tea too busy~） 😌 Finally, the service is great; the Airbnb is private, comfortable, and casual. What really stood out was the owner’s incredible hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the owner went out of their way to make our stay easy and enjoyable. They provided transport from Changbaishan Station to the hotel and even offered to take us to local attractions at no extra charge, which made exploring the area so much easier. The photos below show the owner fetching us to the attractions, which was such a thoughtful touch! The hotel is located right in town, so it’s very convenient. There are many food options nearby, as well as a convenience store, which made grabbing snacks or essentials very easy. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall environment of the hotel was welcoming and cozy. The owner is truly a kind and thoughtful person, always ready to help and ensure guests have a smooth and pleasant stay. I felt really looked after throughout our visit.
