My mother and me enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It was a clean hotel with decent facilities. What was good was the service from the staff especially the DM - Santosh Patil !
They provided 24hrs transport to the ashram.
What can be improved is the towels should be changed, it was clean but it looks overused.
Also the bed was hard. But nevetheless for the price, location and service - it was still a good deal.
Highly recommended.

Property is good and in heart of town.
Food specially breakfast was awesome. Staff were too good. Facilities were quite good.
Recommended.
Need iron , sleepers in room. TV unable to run.
But beds was good. Room , bathroom were too good. Menu card was missing.

"Exceptional stay!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations!
The location was perfect - close to all major attractions and amenities. The staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful.
The food was delicious, with a wide range of options to suit every taste. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
The facilities were top-notch, with everything from a fitness center to a spa.
Overall, I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Amazing stay, amazing staff. The new wing has good premium rooms, gives you a comfortable stay. The location of the hotel is apt as well. Restaurant has good variety food options with good taste as well.

Rooms are good, food is great, but the area where they are lacking is response, the response is really delay and bad. Ex:- i asked Tv not working they said they will send a person to check and it been 2 hrs and no one came to check, I manually checked everything and make it work, They said they will bring my luggage to room but its been 1 hr they did not bring literally they forgot the luggage itself, i again called and they they brought.... these kind of things are not really good when we book a hotel by paying 6000rs for 1 day. You guys need to improve alot

Location is easily approachable
Food options limited in breakfast with average food quality with lack of interest on the part of restaurant staff in timely availability of food.
Swimming pool is clean and spacious but no staff present to attend.
Rooms are spacious and clean with early check in on request possible, room service staff took good care of me and my family.
Play area for kids also present to spend quality time.
Pool side cafe under construction, may be will be functional after sometime.
Hotel taxi complimentary pick up and drop to Sai baba main temple available.
Rooms were made ready before time.
Overall an average stay, could have been excellent (due to not so good food quality), but I would recommend amongst the top 3 hotels in Shirdi since it is my 2nd time stay here, but my suggestion to hotel management to work on improving food quality and variety in food menu.
