We checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so many vacant rooms. Atleast hotel management should have basic human decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip. Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also. After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously? Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.

This hotel enhanced my journey's experience.Staffs were very friendly and informative. Morning breakfast was just awesome and excellent in taste and hygiene. We also ate dinner in their restaurant and it was very fresh and delicious. They showed me their kitchen and it was very clean and hygienic.I highly recommend everyone to try their restaurant's food.Although hotel room and washroom was very clean and all amenities were provided to me timely. Just loved this place

Best experience in shirdi as staffs are very gentle and informative. Their restaurant is so much good , they are best in every aspects , especially cleanliness.The food of restaurant was very delicious and hygienic.They also gave me voucher for 10% discount for sai teerth theme park

Excellent Service, Clean and Well Furnished Rooms,We ordered A Toast Sandwich immediately after checking in, Wow, it was so delicious, We were not surprised because as we entered the Hotel Restaurant, We could smell the aroma of the food being prepared, therefore We decided to sample the food, first thing! most importantly the Room Tarrif is very reasonable adding to this the food is also very reasonably priced,apart from being very delicious and hygienic, Mr Rohit, Who was at the front desk and the other staff were very warm and smiling, no need to say that the Service was impeccable, We look forward to visit the same whenever we go again 😀

Comfortable beds. Spacious rooms. Hi gene maintenance. Good reception response. 24 hours hot water. Walkable distance to the temple. Complimentary breakfast. Cab booking available. Quick room service. Car parking area. Tasty food in the restaurant.

Food was good and place is near buy to the temple, however, rooms are too small. Family room with two beds were very congested. Overall the food was good. Rooms are very small.

the anand heritage hotel is very clean and very well maintained hotel. u will not find . I'm really very impressed by there hospitality. one and only my best hotel will be allways anand heritage. this is very genuine review. one must stay in this hotel if they visit shirdi.

Towel and cloth quality is avarage ........ welcome drink quality is very poor
