We checked in at 1am in night and before that we had a word with someone from hotel that can we check out at 3pm next day as we will be leaving 3pm, that time the staff said that okay you come down here and then we settle things up for you. Once we reached here, they totally denied that they wont be able to help, still we understood their things we told them atleast provide a place for keeping our luguage to which they certainly provided us. Once we were back to hotel and asked the reception guy that if he can provide us a room for 1 hour as we wanted to rest and we were ready to pay for the same to which he totally denied that no we dont have a room when entire hotel have so many vacant rooms. Atleast hotel management should have basic human decency to gove their guest the most memorable stay instead of spoiling the trip.
Pathetic experience. Also they dont have basic eminity of dustbin in the rooms, their health faucet was broke, they don't even provide basic toiletries also.
After few minutes we again went to him and asked him what will be the charges for 1 hour and he asked for Rs.600 and we booked this hotel for a days in 850! Comm'on guys like seriously?
Won't ever recommend this hotel as the reception guy is not at all helpful.

Excellent service and good response from his staff,gaid us particularly for darasan and thay have owen restorent and cook prepare excellent food also is very good 😊 near by Sai temple so we can go easily, good experience with in room service also

Location is easy to trace and walking distance from shirdi mandir. My room was too huge since i was upgraded to super deluxe room free by mm t app

The hotel is situated at a walking distance from the main temple. The rooms are nice and spacious but a few changes should be implemented. For the cost we pay, they should at-least keep electric kettles in the room ***** with some tea bags.

Rooms are spacious or big enough for family stay. Ac and water heater woking for 24 hour. Hotel staff are very nice. Rooms are proper vantilated by windows. . Lift 24 hours working. Hotel rooms are very clean. Hotel rooms every facility is available for the tourist they want. Its a nice place for stay.

This is a small property but managed with customer focus and passion to make residents' stay comfortable. Restaurant was clean and equipped to provide homely food. Staff has been nice and courteous including restaurant staff. Its proximity to Sai Temple adds make stay more pleasant.
