I was disappointed with the whole experience.
To reach the hotel, we had to navigate a long, poorly lit, and narrow road that felt extremely unsafe at night. It was a nerve-wracking journey each time we went out and came back – not at all the relaxing or convenient access you’d expect for a hotel.
First, the room was far from what I expected based on the photos. It was small and had an unpleasant musty smell. The bedding didn’t seem clean, and the sheets had noticeable stains. The bathroom was even worse; there was mold in the corners of the shower,the soap and shampoo pumps were not in working condition and the towels looked worn and brown in colour (they were white towels)
Dining experience wasn't great at all either as the options were limited.
Overall, between the terrifying access road and the hotel’s lack of cleanliness and upkeep, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was polite and helpfull. The rooms were spacious and views from balcony were awesome. The restaurant at the hotel was also very good and hygienic. Taxi shuttles service is also available from the hotel which is helpful during peak hours to easily commute to mall road and back.

It was my 2nd stay with Regenta. I really love this place the location was perfect and the room allotted to me was clean , comfortable,and well maintained .the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful , especially Ms Ritika Ms jyoti and Mr Vishal at the front desk . Overall I highly recommend this hotel for its great location , excellent service and comfortable rooms

The room offered a stunning view, and the property was beautiful, blending modern amenities with a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Every corner of the property was meticulously maintained, reflecting the care and attention put into every detail. The staff truly stood out during our stay. They were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that all our needs were met. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpfulness throughout our time there, their level of service was exceptional. It made the entire experience feel personalized and comfortable.

Really bad experience... The rooms in which we stayed were really smelly because of bad drainage system.. reception staff were not answerable. Breakfast options are limited.. suite rooms are just for a name sake.. Premium rooms are much better than suite room. Overall one should not choose this hotel.

Very good hotel rooms are very neat and clean staff is very helpful and prompt I being to all regent’s but this one is the fabulous due to staff staff is very nice food is very delicious I usually didn’t like any thing but this hotel I liked a lot the manager of the front team is very polite and helpful she didi our room like we want thanks to her and the girl at front desk ms Ritika she is also so corporative

Food Awesome…Service Excellent..Fast Quick Amazing Services Room is so good view from room is fabulous we can see full Shimla from the room and from 360 revolving restaurant this is our first visit in Shimla and it’s really rememberable due to the service and staff behaviour too good specially front office team they are very welcoming and prompt.

We stayed in Deluxe Rooms there is no view from rooms but rooms are good n well cleaned property is very beautiful and the view from the property is owsam Food is very tasty in 360 revolving restaurant they have a live singing in that staff is very cooperative and prompt specially front office staff the ladies at front office are very welcoming and friendly thanks everyone we ik be back soon

We had lovely stay at this hotel. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Food was excellent and the chef varinda singh prepared food we asked for. Narayan was also very friendly and helpful. Rooms had comfortable beds and shower water pressure was good.
