It was my third visit to willow banks and I noticed deteriorating services everytime. ONLY the location on Mall Road is unbeatable, with easy access to shopping and cafes.
we booked two premium rooms with bath tub for three nights. On very first day , noise level from the skybar was too much all the day and in night till 10 PM, we complained many times about it, they used to reduce volume for 10-15 mins and raised again after that. Even window panes were vibrating.No peace of mind. Finally it was turned off after many complaints.
Imagine they turn off wifi of rooms after every other hour or it's not working fine at all.
Room curtains, even bedsheets had holes.
I had to ask to clean fan , which was done after complaints.
Waiters during buffet were not cordial at all and captain even asked kids to pick drinks as waiters were not serving on tables. Very slow service , not expected from willow banks at all. Food quality was no doubt good.
It's my request to willow banks that being your old customer it was painful to see such miserable things this time. Need lot of improvement in each department.
