Our stay at Wildflower Hall fell short of expectations, especially considering its reputation. The most glaring issue was the staff’s apparent lack of engagement with guests. From check-in to check-out, interactions felt robotic and impersonal, as if customer experience was not a priority. Requests were often met with delays or a dismissive attitude, and there was little effort to make us feel valued. For a property that markets itself as luxurious, the service was underwhelming and lacked warmth or attention to detail. The setting is undoubtedly beautiful, but that alone doesn’t compensate for a hospitality experience that feels so disconnected. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it to those seeking a personalized or guest-focused stay.
