This is beautiful hotel nestled in the hills of Chail offering incredible views from every where. We stayed here for a night on Christmas Eve on our way to Theog. The weather was perfect and we were expecting some snow in the evening. We received a very warm welcome at the property and we took advice from the lobby guards and headed out towards Kufri to experience live snowfall. After a mesmerising evening witnessing live snowfall, we returned to the hotel. Our beautiful Deluxe Cottage was warm and cosy and we enjoyed a beautifully prepared dinner in our room itself. Further, the view from our cottage was splendid. The washroom was quite large but unlike the room, there was no central heating there. On colder evenings/mornings, a heated washroom is really missed. The breakfast next morning was also memorable. The restaurant has a very picturesque outdoor seating, which is undoubtedly the best place to enjoy breakfast on a cold sunny morning. Overall, this is a great property to consider if you want to stay in luxury and want to get away from the hustle-bustle of Shimla.

The room has the best view and loved the interior. Bathroom too was great. Only lights are a bit difficult to manage at night. The staff are very courteous and hospitality is top notch. Special mention to all the restaurant staff particularly Ms.Pooja and Mr Deepak. They took good care. Food is overall good but can improve in terms of catering to spice levels. Overall great stay

One of the best experiences so far. Pooja Bhatt , Sheetal, Mehak were exceptional in their service. Staff was extremely friendly overall. The quality of food and hotels was also great. And the view of course was unbeatable. Highly recommend coming here.

Do not stay here if you like good food or amenities like hot water and timely service at a hotel. Extremely underwhelming stay. They endorse a bonfire but were out of wood. There’s one restaurant with only a very limited buffet and poor service. If one might brave and look past this, it seems hot water is a luxury. For the first time I’ve seen a hotel that’s controlled temperature to keep water at luke warm temperature at best. Staff said if you want 1 degree hotter water wait an hour The worst part is that when i tried to share my agony with the hotel at 10pm, I was told that there is not but 1 single manager at the hotel and that they’ve all left and can’t be reached out to. Shocked, I asked for a mobile number and was refused that too. Please save your time and money and stay at other much better properties nearby. This is a 3 star branded as a 5 star hotel

We had an amazing family trip here !! Each and everything about this property is extra ordinary….the rooms, the common areas, the views, the maintenance!! The staff members are really amazing !! Especially Chej Vijay, he is extra-ordinary and highly capable of satisfying your every request !! He took excellent care of our 15 months toddlers meals !! Followed by chef Vineet, Deepak, Deep, Nishu, Shubham at the front desk, Harish !! All took really really good care of us !! This trip will always be close to our hearts !!
