We are a couple & stayed here for just 1 night on the way to Sangla Valley in July 2015. Cons: - Overall it was not clean. The room felt like it had been closed since many days. - Bedsheets were dirty with hair on it (yuck). Pros: - The room was quite spacious & bright. - All the basics were in place like hot water etc. - Food was quite good. - The staff was courteous & helpful. Overall, it served our purpose of a night halt adequately as it was right on the main road.

This must be one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in! the hotel website is very misleading. Dirty room and bathroom, stayed here for 3 long nights and room was not serviced. Very cold room and hard bed. Piped music which could be heard loudly in the room from 7 am until 11pm (website is right about that!). The website boasts games room with "billiards and table tennis" nothing of the sort, there is a room but when we entered there were two dirty mattresses with one person asleep. It aslo boasts terrace with valley view that's also a joke. this was a real disappointment and spoilt our visit to Shimla.

Polite & service-minded staff Stay was comfortable. Location is really good. The view from the room was the best part. Food is amazing. Staff is really humble and welcoming. Room are comfortable and with good view and staff are very cooperative and always ready to help… Food is also good stay is enjoyable. Property is very neat and clean .

They need to upgrade their rooms, as the odour was not good and the curtains for washrooms were white and net type and torn , all was visible from outside. The view was good and restaurant was also well maintained. they only thing they need to work on is rooms.

It was a nice place to visit with family. Staff was full cooperated. Everything was well managed. Food quality was very nice. Hotel has fire machine and fully secured, if you with kids. It was totally sanitized. Would recommend this hotel. And good part is this that hotel is in main road, every taxi and cab know the location about hotel so i have not faced any type of issue here.

I stayed at asia the dawn for 2 days and its one of the best hotels in shimla. Food was good, room was very spacious and clean and exactly as shown in make-my trip. Also thew hotel staff behavior was excellent and they are ready to help at anytime. I would recommend this hotel whenever to go to shimla
