Room was clean and good service

Location is good cleanliness was very good staff was courteous and helpful. However only problem was unavailability of restaurant. Overall it was a great experience

Good location, clean rooms, staff is helpful. I have stay there earlier also and it has become a go to hotel when i visit shillong.

Breakfast was good. Amenities were ok. Door lock was not working smoothly. Wall fan was not rotating. But the receptionist was not cooperative and not polite. As we as a couple had arrived in the morning at about 9 am though the check in was 12 noon. I requested him an alternative room as we wanted to get fresh up and would pay what ever amount for it or to change check in time. But he denied and we had to wait for 3 hours for check. Feel embarrassed of such attitude towards a tourist coming from another state and the very first impression was bad. Felt even to leave the inn being harassed.

Everything was fine, except for the the last thing, at the time of checkout i was asked to wait for sometime bcos the management guys wants to check the room before i leave, which is never expected from any hotel, weirdest and most uncool treatment of the guest,

This guest house is very good, clean n big room with a big balcony. And best pat that it have a roof top cafe, where u can n joy your meal

I stayed with my family in this hotel from 24 th to 26 th january. We checked in at 6:15 pm and found the bathroom is dirty even the dustbin was not cleared, towels are wet and used folded, no room heater. When we asked for room heater they charged a rent for it. At that temperature in a top floor cold room with a child we had no option but to accept that. The windows don't close properly letting cold air coming inside. The plug points doesn't work. The electric kettle they provided never worked. Next day being christmas they said there will be no service available so we too didn't ask for any and spent the day with this. The breakfast was pathetic only two breads wrapped in an omlet and a rotten banana, same for everyday. If you ask for breads separately they will not give you butter or jam, no coffee in breakfast you have to buy it they give a bitter third class quality tea. Even in room they will not give you coffee sachet. No toiletries. Only a small one rupee medimix soap. On 26 th morning no body came to give us some drinking water till 8:30 am. We couldn't find anyone in that building to ask for water. Nobody picked up phone or mobile either. From third floor we had to carry out luggage down. please avoid this hotel. With family it was a nightmare.
