Hotel Ashutosh Inn

We booked two twin-bed rooms for four people at 6 PM and informed the hotel that we’d arrive at 10 PM after a meeting. When we reached at 10:15 PM, the experience was a nightmare. There was no proper reception or greeting. One bed was missing a blanket, and when we requested one, the staff rudely said they didn’t have any and couldn’t help. They even told us to talk to the manager, who was unavailable until the next day. The night staff were not only rude but also appeared drunk, which made us feel extremely unsafe. Families should strongly avoid this hotel for their safety. I had to spend the night in the cold, wearing a jacket and using my bag as a pillow. Additionally, only one plug point worked, and it required holding the charger manually due to a loose connection. By morning, all our phones were dead. We checked out without any apology or resolution. This hotel is an example of terrible management, unsafe conditions, and zero regard for basic hospitality. Avoid at all costs!
