All the staff were excellent, couldn't complain. The caravan was nice throughout, and comfortably kept me and the Mrs with 5 children. The site was well kept neat and tidy, and there was plenty of space to park the car during our stay. Amusements kept us busy the whole weekend. Would consider visiting this site again.

Caravan was great nice and clean no problems The biggest fault was the entertainment of an evening been coming here years but this was by far the worst team ever. Nothing much of an evening for the kids no entertainment programme like before really disappointed will not be coming back

Happy reception on collecting keys. Lovely clean caravan with a little starter cleaning pack for the kitchen. Food is nicely cooked. Activity hut have many things to do, Jack was amazing, he went above and beyond with my grandaughters hand wax request, he did a really hard job. Perfect finish and a smiling happy granddaughter. New beach is in a great position for beach, funfair, shops, alpaca farm only 3 minutes away, and the amazing mini steam train

We didn’t stay in the park but we used the pool and had an amazing time at 5:00pm with the swan boats and activities leader who made sure we had a SPLASH! And he even let us push him in, while he was wearing his clothes. All the staff were really friendly and the session at £5.00 per boat was a bargain.

Aidan is the best entertainer ever. Had the best time ever and really enjoyed the whole holiday it was absolutely brilliant and amazing. The caravan was so amazing and really got on well with the staff and just heavily enjoyed ourself woop woop

Jack and Paige were very friendly and helpful when we did pottery painting and go carts . Chatty and kind letting us take our time to perfect our painting without feeling rushed . We are aging a nice time overall . Nice caravan . Paige and Jack are a good asset to the team . Made us feel welcome and helping our younger members explaining so they were able to enjoy the activities

I went to do the pottery activity with my family and Jack and Paige were extremely helpful in advising us on how to paint our items. Letting us know how the more layers made the paint colour deeper. Also how to correct a mistake. Today we went to pick them up and were really pleased how they have turned out. Thank you Jack and Paige for all your friendly help. I recommend this activity for all the family - young or old!

Today I did pottery painting and jack was very helpful and friendly, I really enjoyed it!! I’ve done it twice and both times he was extremely helpful and very talkative. And quite rightly told my mum off (lol) when she was looking at all the pottery and touching it (tut-tut). Keep slaying and have a good day :)

Been twice already this year and going back in June absolutely love this place and been going for years the staff are fantastic Megan. Anita etc. Accommodation is always top notch and can't fault it, also Neptune's is a must for a great carvery, great head chef
