We stayed here following a family wedding nearby. This property is great value for money - the room was a good size although the bathroom was a little tight. It was lovely and clean as well which always a plus. They serve a continental breakfast which was delivered promptly for 8.30. The breakfast was warm croissants and toast, great selection of jams, yoghurts, cereal and fresh fruit as well as pot of great coffee - wonderful

What a cracking little find. Just 2 minutes off the M20 and the entrance to Le shuttle. In the grounds of a Country House the mews style rooms are set around a lawn with adjacent free parking. Dog friendly, comfortable and quiet. We had a very early start so had the packed continental breakfast. Would definitely use again.

What a fantastic little find. This place is perfect for our overnight stay on way to France. It's 5 mins from tunnel and 10 mins from Folkestone centre. The rooms are spacious and clean and the lovely continental breakfast was brought to your room on a tray and had everything you need. The surroundings are quiet and tranquil so you can relax after a long drive. If you need an overnight stop or more then try Beachborough Park. We'll definitely be back again.

Great value for money overnight stay. Lovely location with secure parking. We had a very friendly welcome from Gordon who made sure we had everything we needed. He gave us directions to the Eurotunnel and arranged our preferred breakfast time. There is a very interesting book in the room explaining the history of the house. We enjoyed a stroll around the gardens. There is a good local pub for evening food. The room was very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was extensive and tasty. We will definitely stay again anytime we are using the euro tunnel and recommend to our family and friends. 5*

Beautiful setting. Rooms were very comfortable and extremely clean. Breakfast was delivered to our room and very tasty. Fresh coffee, cereal, croissants, toast and fresh fruit. Owners have thought of everything. Definitely recommend.

I travelled with friends to ‘ClassicSpa’ using Leshuttle to get to France. Our old open top sports cars are import to us and leaving them overnight in a car park in a town can be a bit of a risk these days! Also our journey to Spa of about 250 miles meant a 5 am start hopefully with us fuelled up as well as the cars. Beachborough addressed ALL our requirements and more, very friendly greeting from Rob, ideal accommodation for us and our cars, beautiful relaxing surroundings. Also for our early start we were provided with a good packed continental breakfast, but on our return stay with a later start the fresh toast, croissants, coffee and more were excellent! Although well away from the hubbub of Folkestone and Leshuttle it is only a 5 min drive to the terminal.EXCELLENT

Excellent accommodation in a peaceful location. Easy access and parking. Superb continental breakfast brought to room. Lovely grounds for an evening stroll. Rob and family are fantastic hosts and good not have been more helpful a truly heartwarming experience.

Stayed for 3 night's for a family event in the area and it exceed our expections, the room is comfortable and very clean the website perfectly reflects what you receive from the accommodation the hosts were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Guests with dietary needs are accommodated as we were provided with an amazing Gluten free continental breakfast, I would highly recommend to stay here if you are visiting the area or using Channel crossings.

When we arrived owner Rob was there with warm welcome ,accommodation is superb, Bed extremely comfortable, surroundings are truly magnificent , loved seeing horses being stables and in the Morning returning to paddock, so many nice touches,our dog liked his treat with our Breakfast. Sitting outside in warm sun in walked Garden,cannot help but be impressed ,it's truly n Unique place to stay five.star +
