Excellent location and comfortable beds with big tv screen. Very strong wifi signals as I could run my office work . Water pressure is extremely good with security doors which closes at 9 pm. Cars are parked in front of room and secure parking makes it east . All ground floor rooms

I was in Shepparton for business recently and thought I would stay somewhere different ... after checking their reviews, this sparked my curiosity. One bad review? One... wow. (And I read that one - smiled and thought sometimes there is going to be an anomaly - him, not them) So, let me tell you how this worked. I arrived at the desk in the late afternoon and a very professional woman was at the desk... she breaths customer service, even offering local advice and recommendations on where to eat. (Yes, I took her advice) Clearly it's an older motel but before I left reception I felt so secure, she had explained all of the security measures in place with the gates. I made my way to my room, to note is that there is an outside entertainment area in the middle of the driveway. Whilst incredibly impressed with the customer service I still wasn't sure what this would be like. The rooms are small - but I am not there to swing a cat- AND they have everything you will need for an overnight stay. The rooms are refurbished with quietly understated tones that are quite welcoming. I had an incredible nights sleep here I have stayed in some diverse motels in Shepparton over time- but I can recommend this one very highly. It's not across from the lake or near the shopping centre, but it's not uncomfortably far from the main area- a few minutes drive... walkable if you like to take a stroll.

A great find, effortless check in/out, very clean, modern looking and well equipped rooms, with comfortable beds. Location is great with a short walk or drive to the city centre. We would have no hesitation recommending it or staying here again.

We stopped here for an overnighter en route to Tullamarine. Despite being on the main road, it was quiet, clean and comfortable and the perimeter of the motel is secured by gates. On-site parking is free and it's close enough to walk to the shops etc if you wish.

Whilst the accommodation is nice it was the customer service that ruined it for me. True moteliers would know that the guests always come first. The fact they don’t do late arrivals is not only dangerous having people having to race on dark country roads to make the cut off time but just a very silly decision for a town many people use as a stop over. To be told they can’t be expected to be at work all the time was an absolute joke, many motels have an after hours check in box to provide this service. Unfortunately it’s the industry that the guests safety and convenience is always our first. When questions they stated they then do late arrivals but only for people that have stayed before, so it can be done they just before to put others safety at risk to satisfy a very small risk of having someone check in that may cause issues ( general & ongoing risk running a motel ) I get there is a risk to having people arrive after hours but that’s why damage deposits, cctv, onsite managers are all for. But instead you made my day stressful and dangerous having to race to make a 9pm deadline. Don’t give the entire it’s breach of insurance speech as it’s not, because if you can do it for some you can do it for all. Insurance is there for a reason and there is always a risk with anyone you have occupying a room. For what was a comfortable stay in a good quality room it was the one dealing with the front desk that ruined it all for me, They clearly have zero regard for the guests safety The lady I spoke with was very rude, aggressive & just wanted to argue. Disappointing

This is a great option for a stay in Shepparton. Located about a 5-10 minute walk to the centre of town, the rooms are well designed and comfortable. The service is really terrific - Vicki is a super friendly and helpful host, and there is a daily housekeeping service!

Stayed here for work a number of times. Good size clean comfortable updated rooms. Good value. You can choose a room with a private outdoor area attached The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Easy check in and out. Great little cafe walking distance up the road.

What's not to like here? Rooms are clean and spacious. The owners meet and greet you at Reception. Information is provided about places to eat and their in room items are reasonably priced. There is plenty of parking, an outdoor BBQ/smoking area and the gates lock at 9pm for good security - but it's easy for guests to get in and out.

Stayed overnight as travelling from Lorne back to Northern NSW. I booked online direct with the hotel. Vicki was great on arrival, ensured that I had booked the competitive rate. Explained the after hours access. The room is modern, well furnished and the bed was comfortable. Water pressure was excellent as was the hot water. Windscreen washers / buckets available for use. Bottled water is provided by some hotels as complementary however you will need to pay here. Would I stay again- Yes
