This "hotel" is just serviced apartments near Xuexiang station. There is no physical reception desk or much service besides check-in via Wechat. The room itself overall is quite spacious, but the cleanliness left some to be desired. From entering the room, the room smelled like smoke (even though I requested a non smoking room) and the room just seemed poorly cleaned. Also, a chair was broken in the room.

Nightmare stay, nowhere to check in, reception does not speak any English - only WeChat is accepted. Address of reception is wrong. WiFi not working in the room, awful communication, changing room did not work. Refund request denied. Luckily trip.com got involved to sort out the refund at the end.

After a recent stay at this hotel, I must say I was highly disappointed. The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired - I had to change rooms due to the dirtiness, only to find the next room was no better. The overpowering smell emanating from the air conditioners was quite off-putting. The rooms themselves were also much smaller in reality compared to the photos online. Despite requesting a non-smoking room, this was not honored by the staff. One memorable highlight was the shocking discovery of a dead mouse in the reception aquarium - a sight I won't soon forget. On a more positive note, the hotel is situated amidst a plethora of surrounding infrastructure, though it's a considerable distance from the city center. The redeeming factor might be the affordability of the rooms, which could potentially explain the subpar conditions. All in all, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing, and it's safe to say I won't be considering a return visit.

They are ready for our arrival, tried their best to answer our questions even when I'm not Mandarin fluent speaker, I love the room, comfortable stay. However, cleanliness can be improved. Location was great to explore. Necessity are met as many shops around. Great experience here. Would love to come back in near future.

On the first day, the room is horrible. On the second day, they change another room for us. The new room is better than the previous one. It is large and clean. The television can be connected to a smartphone.

Pros: a convenient store on ground floor. Clean. 10 min. walking distance from guangtou subway c1 exit. Cons: toilet in shower stall. A bit of smell from toilet/shower stall at night. A sex blind box is placed in the room.... An unfinished construction site next to it but good thing around the corner is a big main Street with restaurants
