I rocked up to check into my apartment with my Trip booking confirmation. The nimrod behind the desk tells me “Sorry, we don’t usually take foreigners bookings through the platform” and then suggests maybe I should cancel the booking?!? What the hell?! I contacted Trip.com and got a customer rep ro speaks to her and explain how to process it. Was left standing there for 15 minutes in what should have been a 5 minute interaction. If you are going to advertise on a huge platform like Trip, please ensure all staff are aware foreigners may stay at the hotel and not to be total pricks about it, or alternatively, remove your apartment off the platform altogether and lose business. That said, I loved the cosy apartment which featured a fridge, AC and a washing machine and drying rack. The hotel is located on a the river a short stroll from the restaurant district and Rainbow Mall. Will gladly stay again

環境：住在這邊挺好的，很舒服安靜，然後附近還有地鐵站，吃的也很多，點外賣也方便． 衞生：看看這些照片吧，都是原圖實拍，很整潔乾淨的． 服務：每天都有人打掃，每個房間配有礦泉水．

非常推薦這家酒店！壞境衞生很不錯，住的很舒服，前台小姐姐服務態度很好，需要什麼都會及時送，樓下也很便利也吃的，真心推薦給大家

房型寬敞帶陽台高層視野好，前台姐姐很熱情，臨走的時候還送了小禮物，下次會再來!

一個人，單獨出行，隨便將就一晚。 在坪山河對面 樓下有個燒烤攤 房間比較整潔

房間一如既往的好，乾淨，整潔，推窗視野好，服務更是重量級，温馨，隨叫隨到。在坪山區這個公寓酒店確實是很好的選擇。

挺好的，保證延遲退房至14:00，前台小姐姐服務態度也好，長得很漂亮（個人誇獎哈哈），定位也清晰，停車也很方便，附近還有天虹商圈，還有公園晚上很適合散步運動

三個空調，兩個沒有遙控器不能用，屋裡巨冷。由於從外地過來開車比較遠，晚上10點到了，服務人員不在前台。毛巾也比較舊。房間也比較小，窗户呼呼漏風。差點給我凍病了。真心建議順便找個酒店住，千萬別住這樣的民宿。

位置比較好，周邊生活方便，臨近河邊，晚上在河邊點杯奶茶，比較寫意，睡覺也比較安靜，除了一次性拖鞋太薄了之外，其他還好

房間還好，對得起這個價格，洗手間很小，尤其是廁所🚽位置，説是2024年開業，根本不是，但洗手間很舊，邊上都是發黴的（看圖），吹風機上面也是黴和灰😓😓😓
