We stayed in one of the lofts. It was nice and spacious. The only downside is that the bathroom is on the first level and the sleeping area is on the second.

I stayed here because it is close to where I will be working so it was a good base to look for apartments but it is a little far out from the subway and most major attractions. The rooms though are very beautiful and luxurious so great value for money in that sense. The sky garden just above it is also great for a nightime stroll.

everything was good, from the server to the room and the view from the room. The only problem is that while sleeping, I could feel some thing. Like bugs crawling up my body and stuff. And since the whole family was in the same room, they said the same thing. Maybe we were unlucky, but overall the place was good. Probably because no one had stayed there for a long time.

Everything from House keeping to reception staff, cleanliness, breakfast was amazing. Very happy with the Hotel. Good location and many good restaurants nearby. You can introduce more options for vegetarian and Vegan people. Thank you

The environment is very clean loaded with amenities and various restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The nearest train station is just 12 minutes walk away. Reception service is top notch and really manage to cater to most of our requests. Would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Paul was exceptionally kind. The hotel has two locations. Single bed lofts are in building 8 and two bed lofts are in building 5. When I arrived late, the transfer service was unavailable, so he walked me to the next building. It was just a five minute walk, but I appreciate the kind service. In the building of my loft, I didn't understand how to turn on the heat, so a young lady at the front desk walked me to my room and showed me how to use the air remote controller. The included breakfast was from KFC and is hung on your doorknob at 7am. Also, the hotel I stayed in is a 40 floor residential building with lofts being rented out for guest. Very quiet. Super comfortable bed. Hot water. Free milk and coconut milk. Towels. Wash clothes. Hand towels. Hot water kettle. USB outlet. And it in Cloud Park which has countless food options and coffee shops. Manor, Starbucks, KFC, MsDonalds, KFC, and an amazing new place service western food. Tequeiro, 2nd floor of building 8 (main hotel building). Overall, a great visit! Food pics from Tequeiro.

Needs more improvement

Room is huge. Night scenery was good. Newly renovated. The bath products were good too.

Good stay, service is great, location 10 minute to Metro station.
