The greatest strength of this hotel is its warm and welcoming team. Everyone I met was genuinely kind, smiling sincerely, and always eager to help. While the property itself is not brand new, the bathrooms have been renovated, which makes them feel fresh and hygienic—something not all Shenzhen hotels manage to maintain. Another highlight is the breakfast. Unlike the standard fare in many hotels, here you’ll find a unique and health-minded spread. Freshly cooked vegetables are served every morning, alongside a changing selection of meat snacks, dumplings, and traditional Chinese favorites such as youtiao and baozi. For those who prefer a lighter or more varied start to the day, there’s also soy milk and plenty of balanced options. It’s thoughtful, satisfying, and adds real value to the stay. If the management continues gradual upgrades—such as refreshing the laundry and breakfast terraces, updating carpets, and improving other shared spaces—this hotel will remain a reliable and enjoyable choice for many years to come. Most of all, I’m grateful to have met such a thoughtful and attentive team. They truly made my stay memorable.

It's a little bit hard to find, if you do not speak chinese. Because everything is in Chinese - the name of the hotel, the register and workers, so beautiful prepared for translator. But it's clean and good located.

I live the location. Very close to a shopping mall. Walking took me 15min. Many shops and a fancy snack store along the way. The room was nice, clean, comfy, love the design, hot shower. Free breakfast. But the w/c is a bit challenging. 9 out of 10 overall.

I think it was recently renovated. The bed and pillows were very confortable. The room felt clean and spacious. The location it’s 0/10. Even been close to the airport it takes a very long time to get there. The breakfast was very poor. If the location was better and they would improve breakfast I would stay here 100%.

Amazing hotel. Super clean, the towels are changed every day, bedsheets are clean, and the mattress is amazingly soft. It’s quiet in the room. The bathroom is spacious. No problems with wifi or hot water. There is also a very simple breakfast available. Overall, great hotel. Definitely worth the price.

Very clean rooms. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the service was excellent. I don't recommend the breakfast but everything else was outstanding.

住過最懂年輕人的酒店！房間裏的藍牙音響音質超讚，白天放動感音樂喚醒活力，晚上放舒緩旋律助眠，體驗感超棒。智能“小智管家”更是絕了，一呼即應，開關空調、調燈光、控制電視全搞定，不用起身操作，懶人真的愛了。另外，酒店早上4-8點有五趟免費送機服務，所有房型都能享受，趕早班機特別方便，性價比超高！

這次入住最滿意的就是酒店的自助早餐！就餐環境寬敞明亮，衞生條件特別好，早上在這裏吃早餐特別舒服。早餐種類特別全，燒麥、蒸餃鮮香可口，醬肉包、鮮肉包鬆軟多汁，炒粉炒麪味道超讚，還有小米粥、豆漿和紅薯、玉米等粗糧，能滿足不同人的口味。自駕過來也很方便，酒店前後有免費停車位，雖然數量不算多，但有司機幫忙挪車，完全不用操心停車問題。晚上房間安靜，能安心好眠，整體體驗特別好，性價比很高。

絕對是我出差住宿的“天花板”，環境舒服，細節也做得超到位！最打動我的是3樓的免費洗衣房，不僅有好用的洗衣機和烘乾機，還專門設定了帶雨棚的陽光晾曬區，不管天氣如何，都能輕鬆解決洗衣晾曬問題，每天穿乾淨衣服的快樂誰懂啊！自助早餐也很贊，小米粥、豆漿暖胃，包子、蒸餃鮮香，還有紅薯、玉米等粗糧，吃得健康又滿足。服務更是沒話説，詢問周邊景點和路線時，服務員熱情又專業，耐心講解，住得太舒心了！

房間設施齊全！ 衞生：乾淨整潔！ 環境：周邊環境便利，便利店，小吃街，飯店，理髮店一應俱全！賣水果的超市也有！ 服務：貼心周到！早上分幾次免費送機場！下午茶在一層前台旁，咖啡，奶茶免費續杯，並配有點心，糖果！早餐品種較多，滿足各類型人不同早餐需求！ 床墊入睡舒適！負離子空氣空間一邊睡眠，一邊美容！可以達到深度睡眠質量！性價比超高！

來參加光博會，這家酒店的接送服務徹底解決了我的交通煩惱！免費班車特別方便，不管住什麼房型，提前跟前台説一聲就能預約，每天準時接送，到會展中心很快。早餐也值得誇，炒粉炒麪火候剛好，麪包鬆軟，牛奶新鮮，還有雞蛋、水果、小米粥和燒麥，選擇超多，吃着很滿足。細節服務也到位，房間整潔、用品齊全，整體體驗特別好，推薦給所有來光博會的小夥伴！
