For the price it was a great deal!! The man in charge was super friendly, helpful and spoke quite good English, which is very rare in China even in luxury hotels. He even helped me find a place to eat something late at night since my flight was delayed and arrived quite late. I got an upgrade as a Diamond trip.com user and I got to use a room with a projector which was wonderful. There was a teapot, slippers and everything for the bathroom. It was very clean and the views were very nice. Thank you very much for everything.

I like this service apartment very much. It is equipped with a lot of smart devices. When you enter the unit, the curtain will open automatically with music played to welcome you. It also has a smart toilet bowl which warms the seat and flushes with a motion sensor.

The room could have been a little cleaner, but everything else was great. New hotel with nice amenities and excellent service. The host at reception was very attentive and even upgraded our rooms so we had a place to hang laundry. The metro was only a minute or two away walking. We would definitely come again!

前台大哥服務很好，他們盡力滿足我們住宿的要求！床品舒服，空間感高，熱水夠熱，又有洗衣機可惜位置有點遠，樓下小吃不多房間衛生可以更好，雪櫃很臭...

辦理入住跟退房都挺方便的還以為會用上自助機結果都不用呢老闆很熱情房型跟圖片上有點不同不過也不錯衞生差點水杯上有污垢沒洗乾淨位置很好離地鐵站超近去大運中心也衹要一個站看完演唱會沿路直走十幾分鍾就到了樓下有便利店也很方便下次還來

來看劉宇寧演唱會找到這間智薈森林酒店，報着試試看的心情，住下來後直線距離步行二十分鐘就到體育館了，留下步行五分鐘就有地鐵站，出行很方便，客服熱情周到、下雨天還有雨衣送，因為入住體驗不錯又續住了一晚，看演唱會的朋友可以選這家

老闆幫忙升級成了氧吧行政套房。住得很舒服，房內配備洗衣機，老闆會提供洗衣凝珠。點外賣機器人可以送到門口。房間門是密碼鎖。行政套房在33樓，我住的房間可以看到大運體育場。酒店離地鐵口特別近。真的是看演唱會住處的性價比不二選擇（當然演唱會期間酒店略有溢價，但在可接受範圍內）

去深圳看演唱會訂的房，之前也看到過這家，但是沒定，這次定了以後發現真的超級近好嘛！陽台就對著大運體育場！在房間甚至還能看到舞台最頂端一丟丟~完全可以走路去場館！而且還配有洗衣機，挺方便的，入住的時候還給升級了一房一廳的房間~美中不足就是房間只配了一雙拖鞋，陽台衣架也沒配，不過和前台說了以後馬上送過來了，廁所雖然不大，但是幹濕分離做得挺好，而且偶然發現竟然有浴霸！如果是冬天來那就是剛需！房間的窗簾還是不夠貼合，稍微有點亮了，建議換成長一點的，還有個小廚房有冰箱，夏天放點冰水啥的，回來就能喝上！外賣可以用機器人送上樓，首次免費，之後好像1塊錢/次，不過電梯挺快的，可以下樓拿~以後來深圳看演唱會，只要是在大運開的，必須定這家！！！
