Atour X Hotel Shenzhen Bao'an Airport Hangcheng arvostelua

The room is huge and cozy, I always enjoy the vibe and design of Atour, especially their quality toiletries. They provide free ride to the airport too! If I have to say, the only unpleasant part will be the attitude of the receptionist who attended to us that day, she was rude and impatient with our inquiry.

Room is spacious and tidy, location is good as well.  For sure came back again! 😬

Service was excellent! Kudos to all ground staff. Very helpful from check-in till i check-out. I have noticed this young staff and caught her name on her name tag, Yu Fei, probably from the from front desk, she’s exceptionally well. From giving me solution to the airport till sent me to limousine, grab my luggage to the boot with smile on her face. Humble and down to earth attitude. I would give the highest rating. Would not shy to book the hotel again. Happy days!

Faint cigarette smell throughout level 7 of my hotel room. Fairly uncomfortable, with one spoilt washer in the laundry room. Though hotel built in 2020, it seems to be quite worn out. However, satisfied with airport transfer provided with staff helping with luggage.

It seems to be a revamped old hotel but able to maintain the service level of Atour brand. The staff are nice and cheerful. Good to see them when we checked in late like 2am in the morning. Breakfast selection is not bad though one of the local desserts still frozen. There is a subway nearby but I think most people select this hotel for airport transit.

Missing BODY LOTION only. Lot of Water bottles, Tea (hot and cold), Coca-Cola, instant Coffee. Very comfortable big room.

I really appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who even assisted me with courier arrangements. The location is excellent, and I had a very nice sleep during my stay. I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a bigger room. Overall, I truly love their service and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I’m from Thailand and I can’t speak Chinese, but everyone here is so lovely. They’ve helped me with everything wholeheartedly and always with a bright smile.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Although the place is getting dated, they are able to keep it as tidy as possible. I noticed the staff are cleaning the place regularly.

The room is very spacious, and the service is warm and welcoming.

The hotel is ideally located close to the airport

A great hotel close to the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful. Nice big rooms with comfy beds. Great bathrooms. A very good buffet breakfast with plenty of choice

This hotel is very clean and tidy. The rooms are bigger than normally available in Shenzhen for the same class.

Located at non tourist area. But near by airport. Hotel provide airport transfer. U May experience the local living environment.
