TRUE GO Hotel (Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center Gangxiabei Subway Station)

The room was conveniently located just 1 min walk from the Gangxia North exit 11 and only a few minutes walk from the One Avenue. There was also a 7-11 at the metro exit which makes it very easy to get grab some snacks and drink. The room was clean, comfortable and well-litted. The daily housekeepings were prompted without any issue. The room also has a Japanese style toilet and voice activated 'xiao du' which helped perform various functions in the room. Rooms were located on the 5th fl of the building. The hotel provided a small gym with 2 washers and 2 dryers with laundry detergent provided on the same floor for use without any charges. Absolutely a great valued stay. Will definitely book again.

Convenient location, just right next to Gang Xia North metro station, and can take Line 11 to airport. It's a Smart room and can ask "Xiao Du" to close the curtain and switch off the light. Free soft drinks provided in the room. Free laundry available and have a small resting area in the fifth floor lobby with free tea/ coffee provided. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

We chose this hotel primarily for its location and it sits next to a Ji Hotel (a chain), but this property appears independently operated. Check-in was smooth, with three staff on duty. We had previously requested a quieter room. They described our room as an upgrade with a bathtub. The room itself was comfortable, though the upgrade felt inconsistent—when we asked about bath salts or bubble bath, we were told none were provided, which made the bathtub feature useless. The room was generally quiet for a fifth-floor location, though traffic noise and occasional honking were still audible at night. Overall comfort was solid: the bed was good, Wi-Fi stable, and basic amenities were reliable. A nice touch was the minibar offering three complimentary cans of soda, and a small plant placed in the room for air quality. Even the toilet paper felt unusually premium (four-ply), which added a subtle sense of quality. The hotel offers a 2 pm checkout, which was convenient and allowed us time to relax and grab snacks before leaving. Checkout itself was quick and straightforward—just returning the key. A few limitations: no English-speaking staff were available during check-in, and some advertised amenities (such as pillow options and makeup remover) were inconsistent—either not readily offered or unclear unless specifically requested. There is a buckwheat pillow available, though it is a small bolster-style version. Overall, the hotel exceeded expectations in terms of comfort and location, though amenities and service consistency could be improved. It is a large property operating only on the fifth floor of the building, and it does offer practical facilities such as an on-site washer and dryer.

Great location and close to lots of resteraunts and shops. Staff are friendly and made the check in progress very easy.

Great hotel with a convenient location near the station. The staff are friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised when they provided two breakfasts even though our booking only included one. There are plenty of good food options nearby, and it’s close to Coco Park and the tech malls.

We're a family of 5, and we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is terrific, right beside the Caitian Rd exit of Gangxia North metro. The buffet breakfast was super (good coffee machine) and the use of laundry & gym facilities in the hotel was great. Cute robot.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Shenzhen. One of the biggest advantages is its excellent location — it is within less than a 2-minute walking distance to Gangxia North Metro Station (Exit A), making it extremely convenient to travel around the city. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was attentive, and the overall environment was quiet and welcoming. The hotel also offers a good breakfast with a nice variety of choices, and I especially appreciated the sufficient tea time and supper selections, which were convenient and satisfying after a long day out. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Communication was smooth, and their service made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money with an excellent location and thoughtful services. I would highly recommend it to both business and leisure travellers visiting Shenzhen, and I would happily stay here again.

The location is convenient if you are traveling by public transport, as it is near a subway station. However, cars are not allowed to drive in to wait for guests—you must walk up to the gantry. If you need a car to wait at the hotel lobby, it is practically impossible, as coordination between the hotel and building management is slow once the car has reached the gantry.
