It’s my second time here but disappointed. The room was so hot and called front desk. They sent engineer to check the aircon and the guy said it works perfectly. However, it was really hot and we requested a fan. Been told that fan was all borrowed by guests and gotta put us on waiting list. After all, no one following up and we were all sweating whole night. Either the hotel doesn’t have enough facilities or the hotel temperature really got problem making everyone to get a fan. Didn’t expect this to happen at such luxury hotel.
