After an unexpected change to our travel plans, we checked into Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel, and from the moment we arrived, we knew we had made the right decision. The difference was immediately apparent. From the warm welcome at reception to the elegant lobby and beautifully maintained surroundings, the hotel delivered the genuine sense of luxury and professionalism that one expects from an internationally recognized five-star property. Every interaction with the staff reflected a culture of hospitality that made us feel valued from the very beginning. What impressed us most was the team’s attentiveness. The staff consistently anticipated our needs, offered assistance before we had to ask, and made every effort to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. The selection was extensive, featuring an outstanding variety of both Chinese and Western cuisine. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and of excellent quality. Whether you were looking for a traditional local breakfast or familiar international favorites, there was something for everyone. The hotel’s location is another major advantage. Situated in the heart of Futian, it provides convenient access to the city’s business district, shopping, restaurants, and public transportation, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers. As an international traveler from the United States who has visited many countries around the world, I can confidently say that the Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel delivers the level of hospitality, comfort, and professionalism that discerning travelers expect from a world-class luxury hotel. Our experience exceeded our expectations in every way. The Sheraton exceeded all expectations. It is truly one of the finest hotels in this area. We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel and the service was first class. Look forward to travelling back to this area again soon we will return to China in August and again in December and hope to continue our booking here.

We had a very good stay at Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel and would definitely come back again. The service throughout the stay was excellent, and the staff really did their best to make us comfortable. A special thanks to the reception team for helping us with a late check-out since our flight was very late at night. That made a huge difference for us and was greatly appreciated. The concierge team was also very helpful with directions, recommendations, transportation, and even helping us with our orders. Communication was easy, and everyone was very professional and welcoming. The location of the hotel is amazing. It is directly connected to a mall, which made everything very convenient. We had easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and everything we needed during our stay. One of the highlights for us was the lounge access on the 24th floor. The happy hour was really enjoyable, and we spent a lot of time there relaxing, admiring the beautiful city view, and enjoying the atmosphere. It became one of our favorite parts of the hotel experience. The breakfast was also very cozy and pleasant because it was not overcrowded. We could actually relax, take our time eating, and enjoy the view peacefully, which made the mornings feel very comfortable. The hotel itself is very large and spacious. While the rooms are a little older in style, they are very comfortable and generously sized, which is actually something we appreciated. Sometimes older hotels offer much more space and comfort compared to newer properties. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. The combination of the excellent service, spacious rooms, lounge access, and perfect location made this a very enjoyable experience, and we would happily stay here again on our next trip to Shenzhen.

Very good location in front of Metro. Very fich breakfast and afternoon snacks. Highly recommend. For pool you need a swimming cap!

We booked 2 suits for weekdays and got upgraded, enjoyed the happy hour afternoon tea on top of the breakfasts, and was generous when I asked for late check out. The lady who checked us in was really helpful. Will come back again if the price is right, it's great location anyway.
