Good location and the girls on reception were very helpful and friendly. The hotel name is different to the one listed on Trip but it was easy to find. There was a different in price between the "same" hotel listed under different names.

Clean room. Near Sea World, 5 min walk. Bad sound insulation, people making noise in the middle of the night, and people talking on the street could be heard in the middle of the night. Light from the bathroom comes in room during the night due to frosted glass walls. .

Pretty decent, especially for the price. Location is pretty good, close enough to Sea World, although the entrance isn't the most obvious, and it's up a flight of steps to the elevator, so be aware that it's not accessible for wheelchairs etc. Would book again.

This place is not a hotel or butik hotel. Must walk go up 1 level to take elevator to lobby. Not recommend to travelers with big luggage. This place is an old building. Cigarettes smell so smelly in my room. Already requested for non smoking room. Good for guy to stay. Not recommend to girl. 5 minutes walk from station. 15 minutes walk to ser kou market. Better look for proper hotel.

The location of the hotel is very nice. Close to sea world. But the entrance of the hotel needs to be more specified. Overall, good experience.

We've stayed a few times at the Haiyue hotel, and have always been pleased. It's really decent for the price, it's clean and you have all basic necessities provided. It's conveniently located walking distance from Sea World. Big plus : they accept dogs at no cost.

Room was good especially given the price. Clean and fairly new. A/C was good. Would stay again for a night. Didn’t do any of the gaming etc - just needed a place to sleep. Downsides: check in was slow - unclear if they needed to wait for info after submitting my passport number or staff is untrained but they shouldn’t have helped 2 others that asked for their attention after they started with me before finishing my check in. And not needed to come get a photo of my passport later. Also, great blackout window shades but the clear glass into the bathroom let the morning sun in via the window in the shower. Shower varied in temp - presumably when others used water in other rooms. But I would stay there again.

Good location. But noisy around. Cleanliness and service are good

Sea World is conveniently close by, within walking distance. There are numerous stores and restaurants to eat around. We were upset when they gave us a room that hadn't been cleaned yet when we checked in, so we've had to wait again until it has. Additionally, you can hear some players in the game rooms at night. The laundry room in this hotel is a plus because it allows you to clean your laundry after a tiring vacation.

心心念唸的蛇口今天終於是來啦～😜酒店位置絕佳，地鐵步行5分鐘就可以到，出門步行100米就可以到海上世界啦，吃的玩的都很多！吃完飯海邊散步走一走就可以到K11了，有個空中花園下午看日落海景絕美🌄整體住下來舒服自在，乾淨衞生服務也蠻熱情嘻嘻～下次來蛇口還住你家嘿嘿～
