位置方便，房間整潔

I found check in very difficult as the only way to contact them is via a phone number and they do not speak english and unfortunately i dont speak chinese I was allowed in early which was awesome I booked the apartment so i could cook but there was not a single item in the kitchen .This was rectifed effeicently once i asked Having the washing machine was great My check in lady was constantly contacting me and often wanted to come into my unit for one reason or another which i found intrusive She also messaged me a lot about things that were irrelavant to me but she also gave me helpful information when i asked but as it was in chinese and a lot of the sites didnt convert to english i could not use the information The location for me was perfect

我原本是訂左3房的，但去到又話無3房要我們去另一棟，但房間個櫃入面竟然有條男裝底褲實在太噁心啦！同屋主聯絡佢話係個客留低，但我覺得屋主應該有責任執左佢，對今次的入住不是很滿意，同埋我覺得佢其實係沒有3房的，我最初是因為佢有3間房間而訂的，所以很失望。

風景還不錯，但是整個小區和房間都有一點點老舊衞生情況還可以，至少沒有蟑螂什麼的，然後店家服務態度很好，很熱情

太棒了，這個地點非常棒，應有盡有，老闆娘人也很好，很熱心

安靜，容易找

必住民宿 2025年1月28日入住了這家民宿，位置絕佳，深圳灣一線風景；滿窗高樓林立大都市的風景，老闆用了很多小心思把窗前打掃的乾乾淨淨，圍爐煮茶時可看深圳夜景、亦可打卡拍美照。我們是帶父母出來旅行過年，長者家出門玩累了就在民宿裏看風景、看雲起日落；下樓就是商業街區，吃飯逛街購物都不耽誤；出行相當方便，我們步行過海德路就到了人才公園、深圳灣公園、紅樹林等等景區，漫步海邊吹吹海風看看對面的香港；老闆服務周到，在路上一直就有聯繫指引入住。完美的住宿體驗。

位置方便，房間層高比較低，住着有些壓抑，其他的還好

衞生好，環境好

房間非常不錯，衞生條件很好，位置也非常好，南山核心地段，可以看到很多地標建築，夜景很美。

是公寓式的房型 空間很大 地理位置方便 地鐵站直達 去哪都很便利 周邊有海岸城 很多吃的逛的 下次來還選這裏

房間很乾凈，採光也很好，進出小區也很方便
