SAVHE Hotel Binhe Times Shenzhen

This hotel offers truly first-class service. The front desk staff were extremely helpful.  It was a little birthday getaway, and they kindly arranged room decorations and a delicious cake for me. The overall ambiance of the hotel is very comfortable the bedding is great, and the environment is nice and quiet, which allowed me to get plenty of rest.

Extremely attentive staff, they went the extra mile for our anniversary. Beautiful room and amenities, breakfast was delicious, we especially loved the smoothies. Would definitely come back.

I had a wonderful stay at Savhe Hotel Shenzhen! The hotel features a beautiful minimalist design that creates a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the rooms were well maintained. The staff were warm, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout my stay. I also loved the complimentary evening tea, which was a thoughtful touch after a day out. The supper was delicious and delightfully indulgent, while the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices with something for everyone. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel with stylish design, great hospitality, and excellent food. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

The hotel is well-designed, clean and comfortable. The staff was nice. I felt my mind was completely quiet down when I was staying there. Really enjoyed the breakfast, afternoon tea, and looking forward to try to night snack next time. I felt like I was taken great care of during my stay. There were also some decent spa places in the same building the hotel, so it’s rather convenient to get a massage/head spa and get back to the hotel room directly. The location of the hotel is superb. It’s right next to the metro station and two huge shopping malls, with some local restaurants nearby.

I was quite disappointed with my stay in the Premium Suite, especially considering the price. The room was very dimly lit, making it feel rather gloomy. The biggest issue was the bathroom. There was no notice informing guests that the toilet paper provided was not flushable. Like most travellers, I naturally flushed it after use, which caused the toilet to become blocked. This could have been easily avoided with a simple sign in the bathroom. The bathroom design was also disappointing. The shower was fitted into a corner, leaving limited space to stand comfortably, and both the handheld shower and rain shower had very weak water pressure. In addition, the porter did not offer any assistance with my luggage upon arrival. To the hotel’s credit, the manager responded quickly after I reported the issues and genuinely tried to make things right. The staff even went out to purchase flushable toilet paper for my room. Unfortunately, I was only staying for one night, so there was little chance to benefit from the service recovery. On the positive side, the location is excellent, with KKONE Shopping Mall right next door, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. Overall, while I appreciated the manager’s efforts, I didn’t feel the Premium Suite offered value for the price, and the stay fell short of my expectations.

We had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Thank you for the thoughtful anniversary room setup – it made our celebration extra special and was truly appreciated. The breakfast, high tea, and supper were all enjoyable with a good variety of food. We also appreciated the complimentary laundry service, which was a very convenient touch during our stay. Overall, the hospitality and attention to detail made our experience memorable. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Lovely hotel at a perfecf location, modern and clean design, attentive to customer needs, specialized butler service, generous offer of meals and a wonderful aroma experience! We will definitely revisit.
